Sounds cool. I know you don't draw but it's not unusual for a story writer to work with an artist to make comics together. You could just make the storyline.

I would need to find an artist familiar with Ann Arbor as that's where I want to set my story.

Plus I'm trying to draw the art for a comic that's been bumping around in my head for a while. So far just working on the lineart...and that alone is taking forever.

I don't even know what that is. Though I'm sure anybody can research it.

Comics are too hard for me.

The story part I don't have problems with. It's getting off my lazy butt to start drawing it and not get distracted by doing all sorts of other things ^^;

I'm still not sure which story I'll be doing for NaNo yet. I'm split between an arcane investigator in Atlantis, dragons in Boston, and a bunch of nerdy teenagers.

I'm not going to do a single project for nano. I plan to pick a theme and just write whatever stories and poetry I want along that one theme, keep it very open and all. I need a different approach after all these nano's I've done.

I am using an original character I created.

I created this character last year, I think. I haven't done anything with her since.

She must feel so abandoned

I abandon my OCs all the time. Then when I get around to doing something with them, they don't seem to want to cooperate .

I mean, you can do all the things you want right then with all your oc's and keep them forever and ever. Eventually they get crowded to the side even if it's not really abandonment every time.

I just have this one original character. And her arch nemesis, her main bady.

Finally I can create my novel for NaNo!
...now I just need to decide what to do for my project this year.

I'm so glad I already have my plans set out. I mean, I don't really know what I'll write, but it should be fine.
