I have the weekend off by chance next week which is good because there's something my family wants to do.

The only reason I have off all next week. cause we got rid of a worker for my brother. so mom will be working 3pm to 11pm all week. plus sometimes my boss scares me a little.

She can be mean and quite rude at times. I feel more safe at work with my mom around. my boss makes me feel uneasy around her. if I'm just their alone with her in the office. I can't understand why,yet it's just a feeling I got.

i have a lot of sympathy for people who are uneasy/uncomfortable around their bosses because i've had the same experience but with the job i have now, i can just plop down in my boss' office and talk about my entire life. sometimes i think back to my past jobs and cringe because of how awful those managers/employers were at being approachable, like i used to be scared to tell people i was sick lmao.

just know that it's mostly due to stress and she's probably totally unaware of how she's coming across, or just not concerned with your opinion of her because she has a lot of important stuff to take care of and it most likely has nothing to do with you, yourself. c:

Hm yeah must be hard. I work at a place where the manager also works on the floor and does most of the same things as me though. We talk and work together same as anyone else except she also runs the store.
