Well yeah... I'd like to adopt. And I also know how to turn off signatures. If you go to "My Account" (where you see the threads you've subscribed to), a blue link toward the left, you should see a list of options on the list. Under "Settings and Options" (third heading), you'll see "Edit Signature."

You should be able to take it from there...
