Oh, I'm doing alright thus far. I have a mild case of heart burn that just flared up, haha, but other than that I'm a-okay. How are you?

Lol, heartburn can be a killer.

I have a sinus cold....so really I'm pretty miserable, but I'm trying to make the most of it.

I get random heart burn attacks all the time, though I'm pretty sure I don't have Acid Reflux... Who knows, maybe I do. But I'm sorry to hear you have a sinus cold. I hate those things so much.

I can handle the regular colds...but the sinus stuff turns me into a whine-y baby.

for a minute there I was slightly offended.

My body got it backwards.
First, I got bronchitis, then a cold, NOW I have a sinus infection.
Ugh.

If the sinus blockage causes too much problem have spicy food... you'll breathe clearer for at least a little while.

I've been burning peppermint candles, but I do like me some spicy food.

I found the little pork strips with Chinese mustard always did wonders for my sinuses.
