Ugh, that's the worst. I've been ripped into on here more than once. And most of those times I didn't deserve it. I would say that I liked Obama and out of the fudging blue someone would personally attack me and call me a privileged little girl who would hate Obama when she got into the real world. OH COME THE FUCK ON. What did I do to deserve coming back to that? Drives me nuts when people personally attack me when they have no idea who I am or what I've been through.

Nah, I understand. You want them to get theirs, but not when you're there because you haven't been a part of their crud and don't deserve to get yelled at.

Ugh, I wish that's how they tested me. Especially in Bio. You just know this atom stuff is going to be entirely different in ten years.

Hey, everybody's got something, right? I'm so OCD in real life that I can't wear a jacket with gold buttons if my shoes have silver zippers.

I think I saw some of those.... and I was like woooow O.o do you even really fallow what is going on? I hate to say it but democracy is always about the lesser of to evils anyway. Sure I get a little annoyed that Obama hasn't done some of the things he said he would do but that's all politicians. Think about how much pressure he is under as the first black president. How many people are looking at him right now just waiting for any chance to attack him or exalt him just depending on there views that have nothing to do with him and what he is actually doing. Drives me nuts, he's just trying to stay in the middle and keep everyone happy.

I don't even what her to "get her's" really I just want her to realize that does indeed have to actually help your crew once and a while XD but no I don't want to get yelled at.

Yeah and I mean Bio relating to psyc? exactly what is the correlation there that you have to take it or is it just your standard science class?

You know its funny you say that because all the new items are driving me mad for exactly that. XD I love the look of a lot of them but they seem to keep pairing together color combo's I don't like, they have all gold accents rather then silver, which really how hard would it have been just to make both and just have that many more choices, like on the long dresses with just the gold button, why even put that button on there? Now it's just something I have to figure out how to layer over, or al the black with red, sure that's not a bad combo but it's not one I ever want to where, why are you forcing colors on me I don't want?

Yeah, being called a privileged little girl who didn't understand anything really pissed me off. I ripped into them for doing that out of the blue and they dropped it after that. I can't believe what people say to others when things like politics, sexuality, and other controversial things are brought up.

I think part of Obama's problem as a president is that he has tried too hard to stay in the middle. He needs to get down and dirty and fight like hell for certain things whether or not it makes him look bad to the conservatives. I'm hoping he will now that he doesn't have to worry about getting re-elected for a second term.

Yeah, I can see that. It's just a nicer way of doing what I said they had coming.

No, I got my general science out of the way with Chemistry as a freshie. I honestly have tried to figure what Bio had to do with a psych major, and I can't figure it. No one else can either that I've asked.

Lol, Birdie. I haven't looked at them yet. Let me go check em out and give you an opinion in my next post.

Yeah really anything that doesn't effect you directly I don't see why you should care. Like my Grandpa ~ normally he is a very intelligent, logical, left wing even kinda guy. Except for the gay marriage issue. That is the ONLY thing he is Conservative about and it blows my mind that he actually didn't vote for Obama because of one issue that doesn't effect him or ANYBODY he know in anyway. O.O

Well I doubt it, he's to worried about people being all "I TOLD YOU HE WOULD blah blah blah" like his first election he said he was going to decriminalize weed, that it was not a "good use of the resources" to police it but he didn't and I was pretty upset honestly, but then I thought about it and how would that look to all the bigots? The first black president being laxed on drug laws? You know they would spin that in the worst way possible

lol alright at lest I'm not missing something there, that sucks you have to take such a hard class for no real reason. I mean I just had to take the general science and that was fun and all but if I'm paying for classes I want useful knowledge I'm going
to need

lol basically I'm just saying don't tell me what colors to match, if I want purple and pink together I can do that on my own XD

The gay marriage thing/gay rights thing gets on my nerves. I'm one of those people who will get pissed if things are shoved down my throat and automatically disagree no matter my opinion at that point. So even though I agree that gay rights don't involve me, and they are people, and they deserve the same rights as everyone else. It's like...shut up. Gawd. All these teenagers out there are so hot to trot about how supporting gay rights is a part of their very soul's identity, and then they've never even met a gay person. Gets on my nerves. Support it but shut up about it for ten seconds, kay? That's all I'm saying.

But your grandpa shouldn't have had issue with Obama at least in the first election. He didn't openly support gay marriage in any way til right before the second election took place.

Well, weed is getting legalized everywhere pretty quickly anyway, so he probably thought it wasn't his problem anymore.

Ah, I see now. There are some questionable little blips of colors mixed in these items. Like the purple heart on this purse...that wasn't necessary. But I do like the majority of these items. Gonna be needing a bunch of event currency.

lol That's the thing it's a behind close doors kinda thing. Don't freak out if I talk about but you don't need a penis float going down main st either O.O
It was the "Gays in the Military" thing that I first heard is very admit opinion and I was just like "one issue? one issue makes you through your vote out? I though it was going to be abortion but no we care more about a gay guy sharing a locker room on a navy ship"

Well that's the thing he's like what ever and letting Washington and such have be completely legal (like for anyone not just medical and it's delivered to your house which is amazing XD) but it's mr Biden i.e. head of the DEA who is still raiding California clinics who by Cali law are legal sooo it's still where we can get in trouble federally and I just want that to be over with.

I love the STYLE of all the items, that's why I'm annoyed at the little added colors here in there. XD Really I think it's just my hate of pink and gold. XD I know I'm in the minority on that but really not one silver option?

Exactly. Go ahead and have gay pride days, and whatnot, I don't care, but have a little class. And I guess I'm just tired of people obsessing over it because they think supporting it is some kind of kiddy fanclub. It's not. It's someone's rights.

Ahh, I forgot about that military thing. It was stupid of him to give up his vote over that, then.

I'm not up to date on the weed thing because it's not something I or anyone I know irl does, but that's a little off. Unless those places in California are doing something illegal, because weed isn't completely legal anywhere. There's gram limits and whatnot.

Ahh, I don't like pink much, so I just won't get it. I like most of the items, but what I don't like is the weird color add ons like the teal on a black and red shoe is one that I saw.

Indeed really obsessing over anything is bad right and making a big show out of something that's supposed to be personal is just kind of awkward for everyone.

Well I'm not entirely sure but it seems to me California is trying to push things way to fast for peoples comfort level. Like in Washington it's ONLY delivered to you, so while it's awesome and convenient it's also very discreet. In some area's of Cali like Humboldt county you can get it out of a vending machine O.o I don't think that's what parent's want there kids around trying to use XD

yeah that kinda stuff, like they just made more work for them selves and made me not like it as much XD

I'm hoping gay rights just get approved everywhere one of these days so I can stop being bombarded with it. Again, I have no animosity towards homosexuals or anything, it's just getting ollllld.

I kinda wanna stop hearing about gender as well. I am a female. I am a female psychologically. Thus I am a CIS female. I hate that I have to have all those identifications now. It's another thing where it's like, okay. You're transgendered. Your transsexual. Whatevvvvveeeeeeeer. Let me be female. I like a lot of the stereotypical constraints of my sexuality. Don't give me shit for it. If you were born something else, fine. I wasn't. You were. There's nothing wrong with either of us, let's leave it at that.

It's like it's not okay to be "normal" anymore. I'm so tired of all these little tweens saying "I'm going to raise my kid to be genderless. I'm going to take the gender right out of them." NO. Idiot. Let them be what they want to be. Siiiiigh.

Sorry. Psych student rant.

Annnyway. Yeah, California is definitely a precedent setter, and I think you're spot on. They want things that shouldn't be legal anyway. Cigarette machines don't exist anymore, so why should pot machines pop up?

Yeah, it just makes the items less likely to be used. At least that's my experience.

Indeed it's one of those things that we are like "seriously you guys are still debating this? can we move on there's more important things that we could be focusing on, one channel is trying to scare me with north korea and this is still on the other one?" Wow talk about land of the free XD

lol That is strange how well it fits with these two lesbians at work ~ The one Danielle, I love her and her little asian girlfriend, they are both super cool and adorable. The other one Anatwanise (yeah I was like how do I say her name?) Is this ghetto dyke and I'm not saying that to be mean that's what she Proudly calls herself. Where's boxers and saggy pants, flannels almost shaved head like every possible stereo-type she could find she applied to herself and she gets like annoyed when I where flowy dresses and check my make up O.O uh sorry you don't like being girl but I'm not trying to put lipstick on you am I?

I think gay rights still have a long way to go, but the way some people obsess over it is where I get into this bitchy mode. Or when people start talking down to me about it assuming that I'm ignorant or something. Also how it's like people think it's a conversation starter in some cases. "Hi, I'm blah, and oh yeah. You should know I support LGBTQ. *GLARE OF IMPENDING DEATH IF YOU DON'T AGREE"

Oh geeze. See, that's a perfect example of where I get pissed on the issue of gender. I'm not oppressed when I wear make up. I'm not oppressed when I wear a dress. I'm not oppressed because I like heels that make my ass look good. I chose those things for myself, and they make me happy.

Extremes just bug me, man.

The rights thing has a long way to go and sometimes I think it's because of how we fight for them all individually. It's like why are we discussing this? Our country says all men are created equal, why can't we just act that way. we shouldn't be figure out if should be called a partnership or a union or whatever who cares let them have whatever party they want and the same taxes as everyone else why should it matter? Same with races, same with religions and everything else why should it even come up? Do I really need to check a box that tells you?

lol indeed your trying to oppressed me by saying I shouldn't want to wear thouse. Really men are repressed because we have more clothing options XD Have you seen Eddie Izzards "Equal clothing rights" bit omg it's hilarious

indeed there's a situation for almost anything and I tend to walk the line of compromise on a lot so it's that glare of doom that upsets me the most XD

I can understand why the marriage thing is having a problem because even though the U.S. is supposed to have a separation between church and state, marriage is both a religious AND a legal issue. It's something that people have never separated before, ya know?

I think the answer there is easy, though, and a lot of people don't want to accept it. Give gays the LEGAL right to marry, and give churches the option to choose whether it goes against their religion. It's where people try to force the religious folk to accept them after 1000s of years of prejudice that issues arise.

But really, on the legal basis. Just give up the damn marriage issue. All marriage is on that front is a legal contract saying you get half my shit if we divorce or one of us dies. It's really not that romantic. The romance comes from the people making it about love, not from the legal contract of it all.

Yeah, it's the glare of doom and when people I have no right to my opinion, but they have a right to theirs, which could be far worse than mine.

Well yeah exactly its up to the church if they want to perform the marriage ceremony (and if not just look for a different church why do you want an awkward ceremony like that anyway?) and as far as the paper work goes have it be the same. It was annoying and boring took me about an hour and a half and cost me 60 bucks XP.

Yeah it's really the my opionion is more important then yours and your an idiot if you don't agree. It's just like whoooa or how some people do the right thing but for horribly wrong reasons your just like uhh I think your missing the whole point.

And if they have trouble with the church then get a justice of the peace (is that it?) to marry you. Or a friend. Do you have any idea how easy it is to become certified to marry people? Honestly. Five minutes on the internet.

If I'm honest I don't really like the legal aspects of marriage. If we grow old together and die while still married, then yes. I want to be able to pass my money and possessions to you, but I don't like the idea of signing over half of the things I've worked for just because we're getting divorced and your sorry ass cheated on me or something. I can understand splitting furniture and stuff, but if I have made (for example) 1 million dollars over a life time, and you have made 250,000. Why do you get half of my million? You didn't sweat for it, and your name wasn't on the paychecks. But that's what a marriage contract does in a divorce.

I hate it when people fall in on something just because everyone else is doing it. That goes with any of the controversial issues today. Like, take KONY 2012, for example. Millions of people fell for that. They supported it and called people idiots for not supporting it. When it went sour, the people who didn't support it were in the minority, but they turned out to be right.

wait what was KONY 2012 I didn't see that?

Yeah SOOO many options when I was looking for some one to do my wedding not one of them didn't do "unions"

lol I think we had this convo when I went from "I'm never getting married" to "It will shut my family up" XD hardy romantic I know, but a great excuse for a vacation and a party XD but yeah as far as a prenuptial or alimony or any of that goes: how obnoxious, you get what you earn or what your more comfortable with leaving with. To be honest if I want to leave I want to leave right away pack whats important and go I'm not going to fight over who gets the lamp really? can we be less mature?

Mmm, how to explain it....um, well. Basically this "non profit" group tried to and succeeded in making a viral video that made people support sending U.S. troupes over to Uganda to stop a war against children that ceased to be a serious issue for years before the charity tried to make it viral and get support for it. They got millions of likes on facebook in a couple days. Then everything went sour for them when they were forced to show their tax returns and the dude in control of it went nuts and ran around naked in the middle of a busy intersection.

Haha, yeah. Don't get me wrong, I would really love to get married someday. But I hate that contract. I don't want a prenup, and I don't want to act like I don't trust the person I marry, but why on earth would I want to sign a contract that said they got half my shit if something went wrong?

But yeah, furniture and stuff, that can be negotiated. But leave alone my cat, or all the money I've made. I will SHARE that money with you during our marriage, but not if it is null and void and somehow they've come to the conclusion that they deserve it.

Haha, yup. I told people, too, when I first saw everyone posting their support for it on facebook. I said: "If you're going to support something, at least don't do it blindly, that's stupid." And I was right.

Haha, for sure. Poor poor pooooor gold diggers. XD

I didn't used to worry about this stuff too much, but growing up with our generation has made me iffy. Even then, I was fine. But then when my grandma died I got an inheritance that I wasn't really expecting. Yeah. Now I understand prenups a little bit. I mean, I'm not rich, or anything. But I'd be pretty upset if someone thought they had a right to that.

yeah me and Russ it's pretty even but if he got a huge chunk of land in alaska or something I would respect that it's all his you know? But people will say they have no job skills anymore blah blah whatever. Or that they were working as a home maker for one, cooking and cleaning you have to do for yourself anyways, add one person not that big a deal. Two the people I see saying that (RICH gold diggers basically) They have maids and cooks! They didn't do ANYTHING at all, how does that deserve anything?

Ugh, no. If I was going to donate, I'd do it of my own accord to things like breast cancer awareness/cure, and psoriasis cure, and non profits that give kids healthy things to do, and good places to hang out so they stay off the drugs and stuff. That and soup kitchens and such. But I'd rather work in a soup kitchen than just donate to it.

Pretty much. If you're a housewife who has taken care of three kids for several years all alone without any help. Then you are entitled to that money. But saying you want it just because you know they have it isn't fair.

Me and Russ did a Habitat for Humanity not long ago (just helped out for one weekend) But we got to meet the family that was going to get the home. That felt so much better then writing a check anyway :). Besides organizations always seem to just throw there money at a lobbyist, which are most likely scum of the earth as a generalization XD

Yeah if a person approached honestly and was like
Maid services rate: $$
Cook services rate: $$
Day Care: $$$
Prostitution fee: $$$$$ (in applicable states)
Times three years =the amount I ask for.

But they don't, because many of them can't even claim that.

Yeah, Mike's doing fine. Last night he passed out at 10.30ish. Which was fine, he had a long day yesterday with packing and driving. I also was juts meh most of the night because of school work I had to do and work. He got here while I was closing at work.

Today was nice waking up and there he was playing a video game on the floor. And it was nice just relaxing during the day before class. I was so happy earlier. Still am happy. It's 2am and he just fall asleep tonight. We spent it drinking and watching a bunch of things online. He had the comp for an hr or so of us watching stuff on his youtube, and AMV Hell 3, then I had an hr of me playing stuff on my youtube, and we just got most of the way into AMV hell 4 when he fell asleep. Which is ok. It's 2.30ish and I should head to bed soon.

I normally have work on Fri, but today I surprised him and told him I took off and someone took my shift on Fri so we could spend the day together. How I ended up telling him was we were talking about when we'd head to the grocery store to get stuff and he said something about going tomorrow after I got off work. Then I told him "well, actually.. Happy v-day, I took the day off work so we could spend another day together" He was happy and thanked me and we fist bumped ^^
I'm very happy I don't have to wake up at 9.30am for an 11.30a-4p shift... Though I actually get off at 4, I just wanted another day together. We won't see each other till the middle of March after he goes home on Tuesday

Oh and he brought me 1 case of yogurt. He ate 2 already. I'll take a pic tomorrow. He was gonna bring more, but he though "oh but what if she doesn't have enough room in her fridge, then we'd have to eat it all" (not like it'd be a problem, this yogurt is good). But, when I come back to school after Spring break in March, his dad is gonna have me bring back as much as I want (ok... sure there oh future father-in-law... I'll take 2-3 cases then so you don't have almost 50 in your house :P)

I had to go to class today and it was normal and boring and such. But, glad I went. It was awesome after class since we met up at my work to get dinner after I got back from class. :) I was also in a good freaking mood today too ^^

He's not really distracting. I distract myself enough as is, but it's nice having him here for some sanity. Plus my bathroom looks nice with his tooth brush next to mine in my toothbrush holder and his stuff with mine. Making me look forward to us having our own place and everything being ours and such. :)
