I was just in this thread a few days ago for a friend now I'm back here for another friend I'm trying to bring to the site. It's been 24 hours since they signed up and they have not gotten the confirmation e-mail yet.

I waited a day before I brought the problem up since I didn't know how long the e-mail usually takes.

There isn't really a standard when it comes to emails in general, it varies, I mean the support issues are handled by hand, so there's a human timeline, you know?

I know the mods and admin can only help so many people at once and they have only certain times of day they can be on. XD I'm not worried about that. I know they're always very helpful.

If she didn't get an email about that that confirms that it's mail sent from the site itself that isn't getting through, so I shall have to send them via support itself.
