I believe that all of the contests are spoken for so if you could come up with a game that would be great. Feel free to ask me if you need some ideas.

There could be things like bobbing for apples, some type of dance related game, maybe a guessing game of some sort or a game where the players have to collect stuff. Or you could even do something along the lines of trivia with the trivia being related to what is known about Menewsha, faeries, song and dance.

Just thought I'd let you guys know that I'm going to miss the last 3 days of the event- going to a family reunion- so if anyone would mind watching my game, just to make sure no ones misbehaving, I'd really appreciate it. My game is pretty straight forward, and when I get back I can find all the prize winners and such myself, I would just feel better if someone could make sure no ones being rude or cheating.

The only artist listed in the Hosts/Volunteers post is Kent and the schedule says

"Artist will work on banners for the sticky threads."

... I asked a while ago if I might be able to help out with the ads/banners/etc. and got a yes (or at least I thought so, it'll take some digging to make sure). Did you all decide you wanted one artist to keep things looking homogeneous or... what? It's fine if you did, I just thought I had a role in all of this instead of just a loud, busy-body event-goer.

I see myself as a back up. if someone cannot make it, I would help.

Hmm, I'm not sure what's going on, but I'd definitely like it if there are more artists to help out with the banners.
