Kent: My plan was to make these so you can use them in thread banners and/or ads if you'd like to- it's by no means a requirement. I normally go about group projects like this by producing way more than the project requires and then whittling everything down from there.

What might be neat is to use both of our art in each banner rather than doing things half-and-half-- like, if your art were superimposed on top of mine as a focus, and my lines (and the colors you add, as you said you'd like to give it a stab) would be more washed out and used as a background/frame. -- Does that sound like it could work?

scavanger hunt would be fairy themed...obviously. with pictures on the first day like collecting fancy dress clothes. wings? mask. continuing on with other fairy themed things. flowers. toadstools.

word games would include games such as crossword puzzles. and a what words are in this phrase game.

A word game would probably be better, but a photography one could be fun.

What would you be doing for the photography one?

Scavanger Hunt. (i'm really into them lately because i miss them from my childhood. xD)

Basically there would be some tasks that are really easy (perhaps even from online) that are daily. and than some that you have several days for.

Or I would just come up with a list. of find and photograph as many of these things by the end of the event. Most points ( based on turned in tasks. creative pictures. bonus points for special secret awards: stuff like that ) wins.

could even do a 1st , 2nd, 3rd place thing with honorable mentions or something. prizes are not my thing ^^;; don't really know what to do for them ever.

Maybe to make it simple and so that more people will play you could just find some hidden image pictures and have a list of things for people to find. That is up to you though.

cause i was thinking actual scavanger hunt. Like at parks they would give you a list like "find a clover, a feather, and a stick" ect. It was a really fun game. and whoever had the most would get a big prize. and everyone else would get smaller prizes.

I see and I have to agree. If you go that route I'd suggest also letting people find images online.

That is entirely up to you. I would consider doing that to encourage people to take their own pictures to find things instead of just searching with google or a different search engine.

So thread name, my thought was something like "The official Photographer - A picture scavenger hunt"
but i'm not to happy with it... :[
cause my thought was to tie it to the ball so that it would be the professional photographer that's at most big parties so you can get a picture to remember the night by.

Having it tied into the ball theme would be great. What about something like Picture Perfect Night - A Picture Scavenger Hunt?
