(the only thing you don't remember correctly, is that it was layla's dad that way trying to reveal neko city. ;) mars' parents died.)

Reyna listened to the whole story. She felt really bad for Buzi. He really went through a lot. Those humans...they were awful. Reyna was a bit freaked out by the half-breeds, but she didn't want to throw bottles at them or burn their houses down or anything. She might be a thief, but she would never do something like that. For once she started feeling sympathy for these people. She was also starting to feel a little bit of regret for not being so nice at first, but she had every right to not be too friendly to them. At first she was frightened, then angered, and now she felt bad for them. They really just wanted to live in peace. But she still didn't like that she was being forced to be one of them. Reyna decided though, that she wasn't going to fight it and just become one of them. Not like she had much choice, though. It was either death, or turn into one of them. Really being one of them might not be so bad, but it would still be...weird. She couldn't picture herself as one of them. it was difficult to see her as one. But Reyna would manage, like she always had. "I was going to try to escape, you know. I don't like being transformed, but I am willing to cooperate. I don't trust people easily, you know. For now, I'm going to trust you guys. All I ask is that you don't turn me into an ugly creature...like a rhino or hyena.", she said.

Mar shad a sad look on her face the entire time Shiro was talking about the incident. It depressed her...the whole thing just made her feel so horrible and sad. Lyala...Jay...they were the best cousin and sister in law ever. It ate her up that they were dead, but it pained her even more to see Buzi suffer. Tears weld in her eyes when she started thinking about it. She wiped them off and held back a sob.

Reyna looked over at Mars and gave her a pitied look. She stepped towards the girl and put a hand on her should. Mars looked up at her, and Reyna gave her a little smile. Mars smiled back then wiped her tears away.

"Mar's, I wanted to talk to you about that. "He said, looking at her. "Buzial has been reving up people again, talking about attacking the human's. "He said to her, getting off his staff. "We don't have the people to start a war, nor the weapon's. The Council has told me to tell you, and this was made offical : If any unlawful act of aggression is taken out on the human world, all perpatrator's would be given the highest form of punishment. "He said to her, handing her the offical order. " I tried to calm them down, but this has gone on long enough. Either stop him, or the Disciplinary Squad is going to do it for you." He said, walking away. He had food that he needed to distribute at the orphanage.

Alana and Hannah were both quiet during the story. Hannah remembered Layla well. She was sweet and very very generous. She then heard the news about buzial and the council. "That's not good mars. We need to find Buzial and talk to him," she said. Alana smiled when she saw reyna cheer mars up. She walked up to them both and hugged them. She then looked at Reyna. "Well what's your favorite animal?" Alana asked.

"Birds...they are so free and beautiful.", Reyna said as she looked down at the little one. "If I'm going to be anything, I want to be a bird.", she said.

Mars had a saddened look on her face. She already knew about this. It was only a matter of time before the council decided they wanted to take action. She let out a sigh and looked at Hannah, "We'll take care of it after we take care of Reyna. She's top priority right now. I'll kick Buzi's ass later. Lets get going.". Mars looked at Reyna and Reyna nodded. She started walking towards the direction Council's Hall. It only took a few minutes for them to be able to see the building. It was tall and made of old marble. There were marble columns, some of them broken and the rest had vines crawling up them. The building had several stairs and had archs leading to the front doors. Mars whistled, "It's been a long time since I've been here.".

"Lucky you. I see it almost every day," Hannah said walking inside. Alana smiled at Reyna. "That can be done. Birds are nice and cute. plus you might have wings in your neko form! that would be so cool!!," Alana said happily. She liked Reyna very much.

Reyna chuckled at the child's response, "Yes, it would be. I could fly anywhere I wanted to. It be very fun. Maybe I'll be able to sing even better being part bird.". Reyna felt uneasy walking through the building. The place didn't feel very welcoming. The air was stagnant and heavy. She could tell some heavy things happened here. Meeting gone wrong, bad decisions, protests, fights...Many things had happened in this place. Through the halls were many doors and pictures of past elders and notable people. There were even some displays which had historic items in them. They went through a metal door that said "PERSONNEL ONLY" on it. They went through and behind the door was a dark hallway with minimal lighting and a at the end of the hall was another door. As they walked down the hallway, Reyna started to feel tense. She could tell she was almost to the place where she was going to be changed. She felt nervous. Her heart was pumping as they arrived at the final door. The door opened with a loud creak and they went inside. The room was large and had many shelves with metal boxes on them. It was dim and the room had a layer of dust on them. In the middle of a room was a bright light that was shining down on a table with a locked metal box. Reyna knew inside that box was the tool that would be used to change her. And this box looked just like the others, so this room was filled with whatever they used to change humans into Nekos. They must have stockpiled these for years. There was a table in the end of the room that had a table with straps on it. Next to it was another metal box that looked different than the others. Reyna knew instantly that was where she did not want to be.

Oyoshiro walked in "I was asked to do the Procedure. I assure you, Miss Reyna, that it is painless. We also give you a Sedative, so that when your bone's reshape, and your feature's pop out, that you will feel nothing. "He said to her. He then saw what you were staring at. "Follow our law's, and respect our people. Then you wont' have to worry about that. "He said.

"Can I give some feedback on this place?", Reyna said turning to Shiro. "Could you maybe separate these rooms so it looks like you aren't going to kill them? And maybe make this room look less terrifying. I mean, seriously. This place looks terrifying. The process is already scary, but throwing that in there? Not cool.".

"I'v made repeated suggestion's of that nature, but the Council don't believe it's worth the time, effort, or resource's. "He said. He then put his bamboo staff on the wall. "Now sit down on the table in the center, and we will get started. It's your choice what you want to be.....for someone as free willed as you, I'd recommend a Bird. Maybe a Hawk, or a Eagle."he said.

Reyna hesitantly walked over to the table. She looked it over before she turned her back to it, placed her palms on it. Then jumped and pushed herself up on the table. She moved around for a second as she got herself situated. She raised an eyebrow at Shiro's suggestions. Those birds weren't exactly her top choices. She wasn't really a fan of those birds. She felt a particular fondness for bluebirds. One of the few happy memories she had at the orphanage was her feeding the bluebirds. One had even parched on her hand once. She had always admired their coloring. Their Blue bodies and orange chests...it was similar to her hair. "Um, no. Bluebird. ", she replied to Shrio. "You can do that, right?"

"Yes, it is possible. "He said, then laid her down. He slipped a pill in her mouth. "Put it under your tounge. As it dissolve's, you will slowly feel numb, then slip into a deep sleep. You'll wake up without feeling any pain. "He said. He then began to preform the procedure. He reached into a cryo-doc, and pulled out a vial of Blue-bird DNA, in it's raw form. He then hooked up a Machine, and the DNA Splicing began.

(here's what she looks like. linky. Her shit ripped and so did her pants, but she's covered since her feathers pretty much cover everything. :P And I drew it. )

Reyna's eye twitched when Shiro placed a pill in her mouth. She still didn't feel so trusting towards these people, but she would have to for now. She used her tongue to place the pill beneath it and tried not to swallow it. She tried to relax and not think about what he could possibly do to her. She forced herself to think happy thoughts. Unicorns. Butterflies. Furbyes. Killer bees that stab out eyes. The fresh side of the pillow. The sell of the first cut into a fresh piece of construction paper. Reyna slowly drifted off. Before she lost all consciousnesses she saw the machine and wanted to hide. That thing looked scary. Then she was out, fast asleep.

As the machine began to splice her DNA, Reyna's body became more muscly and built. Her bones hollowed out and toughened, her eyesight was better (although no one could tell since she was asleep), and her nails turned into sharp talons. The sound of bones cracking and pushing through was heard as blue and orange feathered wings started growing out between her shoulder blades. Large, thick colorful feather started ripping up her clothes as they grew around her bust, legs, arms, neck, and the outer corners of her eye to her temples. All her feathers matched her hair; bright blue with bits of orange. Once everything had grown and changed, the transformation was complete.


Mars watched in awe as Reyna changed. She felt a tad envious over Reyna's beautiful feathers. She knew Reyna was going to turn into something beautiful. The girl was too pretty not to. Now that she was turning into a halfbreed, Buzi would at least be nicer to her, hopefully. Mars also began to worry about the girl. She had no where to stay in Neko city, she didn't any family or anything, and no money. it was sudden, but mars decided she would let Reyna stay with her. She didn't know the girl and Buzi didn't get along with her, but Reyna need somewhere to stay and Mars had plenty of space. Buzi would have to deal with it. it was decided.

"Wow!!! So pretty!" Alana said in awe. "Yes. marvelous Hannah said with a smile.

( :( pain!!! pain!!! the dentist pulled my teeth!!!)

Oyoshiro patted Reyna's head. "She'll be a fine addition to the Coven......Men will be after her like wild-fire. "He said, then poked her with a jolt stick, to wake her up. If left asleep too long under this medicene, she would never wake up.

(buffy: Ibuprofen? Or Tylenol? Take those if you have any. They might help? not sure.)

Reyna's body twitched then she jolted up, wide awake from that little jolt. She shuddered as she felt electricity run through her. She glared at Shiro then gently grabbed his shoulder and shocked him with the little bit of electricity she had in her. She jumped off the table then started checking herself out. "Feathers...everywhere...What happened to my top?", she said as she started pulling off pieces of fabric off of her. She looked at the table and floor and saw the remains of her clothing. She looked at her reflection in the metal table, and was in shock. She touched the bit of feathers around her eyes, then the ones on her hair, and lastly her arms. She looked at her hands, wiggling her fingers as she checked out her new talons. She was already in awe, but when she noticed her wings her eye widened. She started touching them and then tried to move them. They unfolded themselves and in her surprise they had a span of at least 6 feet. She flapped them a little, though they were stiff and slightly sore since they had just popped out. She folded them back up then looked over to her friends. She opened her mouth to say something, but she couldn't form any words. She was just shocked and a bit overwhelmed. She knew she was going to look very different after this, but...she just wasn't ready for this. Plus she was pretty much half naked, even though her feathers covered everything it was still a little embarrassing.

Mars squealed in happiness then glomped Reyna. She shook her around as she hugged Reyna tightly. "Ohhh you look so prettyyy! I'm so happy for you! You're one of us now! Andandand I'll get you clothed! Don't worryyy! Like, at all! Because you're so going to stay with me. I'm not going to let you stay on the streets. You need to decompress after all this. My place is perfect for that! It's big and mostly empty and quite! I won't let you say no!", Mars said quickly. Reyna barely had any time to comprehend what Mars said and try to protest. Mars just used her hand to cover her mouth. "No protesting! I said I won't take no for an answer! YES! Say YES!", Mars said. Reyna wanted to protest, but honestly what Mars said was right; she needed somewhere to stay and she really needed to decompress and get used to her new form. She gave Mars a weak smile, Yes.". Mars squealed then hugged Reyna again. She looked over at Shiro and gave him a big smile. "Can she go? Canshecanshe?", she said. "Hold on, before we leave, I want to thank Shiro, believe it or not. I'm not sure how I feel about this yet, but he went through the trouble of doing this for me.", Reyna said. She looked at Shiro, "Thanks, dude.".

"It is my duty as a Member of the Council of elder's. "He said, smiling. He looked tired, the procedure was quite taxing, but he seemed to be happy for Reyna. "I'd recommend sticking with Mar's for awhile. Sense she is the owner of a multi-million doller company, she can provide for you. "He said, then snapped his finger's "Oh! Mar's, that's right. I got good new's for you. I pulled some string's with the elder's, and they convinced your people at the company, that law school isn't nessecary. You won't have to worry about them anymore. "He said, smiling. "Consider it a gift from a friend. "He finished, and walk out.

Little did they know, that this would be the last time they would see Shiro, for the next event, will set off a catalyst, that will titter the peaceful city toward's chaos and destruction.

(You had a plan for this rp from the start, haven't you, andy? You've planned something devious. It better have some damn good looking guys. I HAVEN'T SEEN ANY DAMN GOOD LOOKING GUYS. what's up with that?!)

Reyna's mouth dropped when she heard Mars was a millionaire. She looked at Mars, who gave her a cute innocent face. A part of Reyna wanted to drag Mars' ass out of there and make her buy things for her, while the other part just wanted to not be a bum and use up her money. Reyna decided she would stay with Mars, but not let her spend too much money on her. She had pride and she couldn't let Mars get everything for her. Mars was nice enough to let Reyna stay with her, anything else would just be too much. Reyna didn't need much, so she wasn't going to ask for much. And if Mars needed something, Reyna would do her best to do it for Mars. "So uh, what should we do now?", Reyna said, turning to Mars.



"Shiro, that is why I love you.", Mars said with a big smile. She did a little happy dance then looked at Reyna. "We should--Oh, OHHH. I NEED TO FIND BUZI!", Mars said as she remembered her brother. She started jogging in pace and looking around. "Okaykayokay; HANNAH, take Reyna to my house please. I want to show her around, but I HAVE to take care of Buzi. I feel bad for being a horrible hostess, but this is an EMERGENCY! He needs to be dealt with NOW!", Mars said before she started to run off. "Thanks Hannah!", she said as she ran out the door and sped through the hallway.

Mars had ran out the town hall and through the town. When she was close to the woods, she jumped up a tree and started jumping tree to tree. She had a few guesses where Buzi could be: he was either at his dumpster packing his stuff, where his house used to be, the grave of his family, or at the strip club. Mars was going to check where Buzi's house used to be first. Mars went as fast as she could. She got to her destination very quickly. She jumped down from the trees and onto the ground. Then she looked around to see if Buzi was anywhere

"Come on Reyna. Alana and I will show you to Mar's house," Hannah said and began leading her to where mars lived. Alana stayed right beside Reyna the whole time. She liked Reyna and she loved her feathers.

(for damn sure I had a plan. I know none of you do. Don't hate on my planning.)

Buzial was at their grave's, sitting down next to jay's. He had a 5th of whisky in his hand, and seemed to be lost in his own thought's. He didn't even notice Mar's was around him. He was thinking about Jay, and Layla. He had tried to let thing's go, and move on with his life, but there was a part of him that wouldn't allow it. it was maddening.

(Well maybe I did! Maybe it involved the game with nakie people! if you remember that you're awesome. :P and why do you guys spell MARS' name like Mar's? it's Mars. )

Mars could see Buzi sitting at his family's grave. He was drinking and just looked pitiful. It broke Mars' heart to see him like that. Her ears laid flat on her head as she started walking towards him. Mars sat next to Buzi and looked at him with big sad eyes. She looked at the graves. This place...it was full of sadness. Bad memories started to surface. Mars tried not to think about it. She didn't want to start crying. It was too painful to sit here. No wonder Buzi was drinking. He needed to get away from here. They both did. Mars put her hand on the hand Buzi was holding his alcohol in. "Buzi...we need to talk. I understand your hatred for humans...I really do...I hate the human who did that to you, but I can't bring myself to hate anyone who hasn't done anything bad to me. The whole human race isn't to blame. They're just stupid and naive. They are just starting to understand the world. But we can't do anything about them. And...we can't just slaughter them. Some would already think we're monsters, we don't want to prove to them we are. We shouldn't attack them. To be frank, we can't attack them. We don't have the man power or weapons to attack them. I know this because Shiro told me. You have to stop rallying people. If you continue...they'll...they'll...Buzi, they will kill you. I just want you to stop. Do it for me, Buzi. You can't protect me if you're dead because you tried to kill humans. You'll be hurting me. You don't have to stop hating human just...just don't try to fight them. It breaks my heart seeing you like this!", Mars said. She started crying when she told Buzi they'd kill him. She was starting to get emotional. It was too much to even think about Buzi being dead.

Reyna sighed when Mars left. She looked at Alana and Hannah and rubbed the back of her neck. "Yeah, lets go.", she said as she followed the two females. They went through town and a private area where houses were. If you looked past those houses, there was a huge hill far back that had a huge mansion on top. Reyna wondered if that was where Mars lived, but surely that couldn't have been. They continued walking and it didn't take them long to find a big black gate on the bottom of the hill that, did indeed, have the Mansion that Reyna thought wasn't Mars' home. There was a sign next to the big black gate that read "Nightingale manor". Reyna was shocked, but wasn't at the same time. Mars is a millionaire. She could afford something as extravagant as this. The gate opened up and they went inside. They slowly but steadily walked up the steep hill, which was surrounded by trees as far as the eye could see. When they got up to Mars' place, Reyna's mouth dropped. Mars' mansion was huge. it was huge! She couldn't even describe it. It was so shapely and had a million rooms and windows. it even had a huge pool. Like the road, it was surrounded with trees and shrubbery. It was amazing.

When they got to the front door, a man in a black tux was standing up front to greet them. He raised an eyebrow at Reyna, but when he saw Hannah he bowed. "Hello, Madam Hannah. If I had known you were coming, I would have ordered the chefs to prepare a meal for you. I assume you are here to talk Business with Mistress Mars? If so, I am afraid she is not here. She managed to escape her guards. But I assure you she will be brought back soon. Would you like to come in?"

"Actually I have spoken to mars already. She wants Reyna to stay here since she is new to neko city and has no place to stay. I would love to come in and if you don't mind I am going to show her what little of the house i know," Hannah said and walked inside with Alana and Reyna.

The Butler's fake smile wavered for a moment when he heard Reyna would be staying there. He quickly got his composure back and gave them a fake smile. "If Mistress Mars is inviting her to stay, then there is no problem with me. I will prepare Miss Reyna a room. If you need anything, please do not hesitate to ask., He said before he bowed to them and opened the door for them. Once they were inside he walked in after them. "Please excuse me.", he said as he walked off to prepare Reyna's room. 'Bad enough Mistress mars is letting her brother stay here, but now this girl? Much more work will have to be done. I wasn't prepared for anymore gusts.', he thought.

When the butler was gone, Reyna looked at Hannah. "Seems like he doesn't like me.", she said with a huff.

Buzial didn't move her hand, he just listioned to her. He then sighed when she finished. He wanted to make the human's suffer about as much as he had, he held alot of anger in his heart, but the one thing he wouldn't risk is any harm coming towards mars, that was unquestionable. He looked at the whisky bottle, moved mars hand, and threw it as far as he could. He then picked up his suit-case. "Come on.....let's go."

Police car's zoomed by The Nightgale manner. In the hurry they were in, it must've been serious.

" I am sure your appearance just surprised him," hannah said. She then looked out the window. what was going on? where were the police trying to get to?

Reyna shrugged, "I guess so.". She was used to people looking at her and judging her. She was a hobo after all. She had lived her life on the streets and looked like a dirty lowlife. Really she could careless, but it still hurt when people would look at you then grab their bags. of course, she couldn't blame them since she was a pick-pocketer. Still, the ones she hadn't stole from still judged her. They didn't know who she was or what she was like or what she had been through. They had no right to judge. They were probably no better than she was. Reyna's attention was drawn away from her thoughts when she heard loud sirens. She went over to Hannah and looked out the same window. "I hope nothing bad happened...", she said. Reyna had a feeling that what was happened wasn't good and that something was coming. Her hope wasn't going to change that.


Mars looked so happy when her brother threw the bottle. She jumped up and hugged her brother. "Thank you, onee-san.", she said. When they were walking back to her house, mars suddenly remembered the hwole thing with Reyna and how she invited her to stay over at her place. "And um....remember Reyna? Well she is not human at all anymore! Completely halfbreed! No more human-ness left! Changed! And nicer! She's more trusting of us! And uh...sheiskindacrashingatmyplacebutdon'tworryyouwo n'thaveotseeherit'sabigddamnplaceiloveyouletsgetic ecream!", Mars said, jumbling up the part about Reyna staying at her place as fast as she could. She gave Buzi a smile and hugged his arm tightly, not wanting him to get away if he tried to leave.
