"Not so far," Rei agreed. She paused when she saw an announcement for an update, and grinned like a loon.

"Faye, Faye, they're releasing two new Marvel movies for us~."

"No way," Faye said, grinning broadly. "Oh they are so good to us." She flapped her hands a bit. "They really do love us."

"Thor: Dark World and Captain America: Winter Soldier. Apparently new bishis are being released too." Rei grinned. "We need to check that out."

Faye grinned, biting her lip.

"Oh this is awesome," she said. "We need to see those as soon as we can."

"I'm getting them now," Rei said, already getting all the new movies she could get her hands on. "We'll watch them both tonight. After I get my kitchen."

"Awesome," Faye said, grinning widely. "This'll be so good. Let's go get your kitchen, then, so we can find a place to settle in and watch Marvel all night."

"Kitchen and ingredients." Rei grinned hugely. She already had a PD fridge and freezer, and a PD storage room she'd turned into a pantry. Now she just needed the appliances.

Fortunately her guys had a lot of fun with the monster killing game.

Faye noticed, as they walked around, that there were some whispers going around town. There wasn't much tension in town yet, but Faye could definitely tell that the tension was slowly building.

"It's happening in this town too," she murmured to Rei. "I don't know what, but it's here too. I kind of ask around and figure out why."

"You could try chatting while I'm gathering things," Rei agreed after a moment. The boys were starting to look tense, so she kept them close as she headed into the appliances store. "Anything you want me to look for?"

"Nothing special," Faye said, glancing around. "Be right back." Gathering her guys, she went to take a look around and see if anyone would be willing to chat with her.

Rei got her guys to help her with stuff, meaning that Erik soon had a floating following; a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a few other things obediently followed along behind him.

Faye wandered outside, looking around for a hot dog cart or something. Vendors tended to be the easiest ones to get to talk. She found one selling candied nuts and went over to buy a pack.

"What's going on around here?" she asked as she bought the nuts. "Things seem a bit tense in this town. Anything we need to look out for?"

"So far nuthin's happened out here," the vendor told her with a shrug. "Just a lot of talk from towns in other areas. Here's your change."

"Thanks," Faye said, taking the change. "Heard anything about other towns? I try to keep an ear out, just in case I run across things."

"'Parently they've been having some trouble with some thieves," the vendor said. "But that's all I know. Haven't heard any trouble out in this territory, though."

"Thieves?" Faye asked. "Alright, thanks, I'll keep an eye out." And she would ask around a bit more, now that she had a starting point.

The vendor just nodded. It didn't take Rei long to emerge from the store, Erik still with his floating entourage.

"So I think I've got everything and I'll set up a bit later."

"Cool," Faye said. She automatically held out the nuts to share. "I think I may have a starting point for asking around now."

"Does it sound like the same thing that was going on in the other town?" Rei asked as she took a few nuts.

"Depends, were they whispering about bishi theft in the other town?" Faye asked. "That's the lead I just got here."

"Yeah. Remember, the guard at the last town was kind of suspicious of you because of Cas, since he's kind of rare?" Rei headed over towards a hotel to get a room for at least the night.

"I do remember that," Faye replied, nodding. "Maybe that's it. Maybe that's the problem. Rare bishi theft."

"Yeah." Rei made a face. "Well, for now, let's get a room and get settled in. We can do more shopping in a bit, after I've got my kitchen set up. I'll even take orders." She grinned.

Faye grinned as well.

"Finger foods," she said. "Things we can eat during the movies."

"I can do that." Rei grinned. "Right, room first, set up kitchen, then go get the necessary ingredients and find out more."
