"I hope so too." Lea sighed and then yawned. "I think I'm ready for bed, just about. You have to work tomorrow, right? You might as well get some sleep too."

Amy nodded, taking the band off again. The buzzing stopped and she got up.

"Night," she said, hugging her sister again.

"Night," Lea said quietly, snuggling in to bed.

She didn't have work the next day, so she slept in a bit, which didn't matter since Amy wasn't supposed to go in until the afternoon.

Amy slept in a bit, and woke up with just enough time to shower and dress before heading to work. She was in a good mood, and wearing the metal band from Lea, and she was almost looking forward to work.

So, naturally, that was the day Extremis people found her. When the shop was quiet, one person slipped in and asked for a drink. While Amy had her back turned, he shot her with a knock-out dart, and two more people came in quickly to carry Amy out.

It was very quick, and the whatever was in the dart worked even quicker, and Amy was unconscious before she knew what was happening.

Once they had her somewhere secure, the leader took Amy's cell phone and made a particular call.

"What's up?" Lea answered. She expected it to just be her sister, so she didn't bother with formalities.

"Leandra," the man said. "Good to hear your voice again. I suppose I don't have to tell you that we've found you." He smirked.

Leandra tensed at the sound of his voice. "Where's Amy?" she asked, her voice quiet. They were calling from Amy's cell, so they had to have Amy.

"You don't think I'd just give you the information, do you?" The man, Sean, smiled a bit. "Tisk tisk, Leandra, you must be going soft. You're the technological genius; come and find her."

Lea was already typing furiously on her computer to pinpoint the phone's GPS. "There's a reason you're calling me," she said. "Otherwise you'd just be breaking down my door, or carting Amy off. What is it you want?"

"We want you," Sean replied. "So long as you come back willingly, we won't hurt your precious sister. And once you convince her to work for us again, you'll both be welcomed back in." He paused for a moment. "Especially if you get us some of Stark's secrets."

Lea tensed at that. "What kind of secrets do you want?" she asked quietly. Because that she could get, but she'd have to be careful. And maybe it could work in her favor.

"That will be decided once we've assessed what you already have," Sean replied. "Tick tock, Leandra. Amy is waiting."

Leandra didn't tell him she already had a lock on his location. "I'll be there in ten minutes," she said and hung up. She grabbed her laptop and left the apartment, running most of the way to where they were holding Amy.

Amy herself was sedated under lock and key. Sean and his three assistants had been upgrades to counteract Amy's mind control talents, but he wasn't taking any chances.

Leandra arrived in nine minutes, walking over to where they were. "Tell me what you want me to find," she said. No negotiating yet, just straight down to business.

"Tell me what you've found already," Sean replied evenly. "I know you've been into the Stark systems, you reek of his code signature."

Leandra gave him an arch look. "That's probably because I got a job in Stark Industries," she said with a little shrug. "I know plenty about their company coding and some of what they're designing in R&D, but I don't think you're really interested in renewable green energy. The only time I got into his private databases I was looking for information on Extremis."

"And what did you find there?" Sean asked. Anything she'd found on Extremis would be useful.

Leandra shook her head. "I didn't get to see anything much," she said quietly. "He kicked me out too fast. I just saw a few notes about its origins, something about it being similar to the super soldier serum, things like that."

"If they have that, they have more," Sean said. "Get back in and dig deeper. I trust that won't be to difficult for you?"

"No," Leandra said after a moment. "I can do that. Is Extremis all you want me to look for? I'm only going to have one shot at this."

"Take the initiative," Sean said dismissively. "Whatever you think might be useful."

"Alright. I need to not be disturbed while I'm working, this is going to be hard enough." Leandra moved off to the side and sat down with her laptop, working quickly to get back into SI databases, and then finding Tony's personal databases.

Instead of what she normally did, however, she set off a code bomb at part of his defenses, and while they were focused on that, she drilled a crack into another part of the firewalls. And then she went rampaging through the databases, grabbing the information she needed and finding a few other tidbits to make Sean happy.

But she was deliberately sloppy about it, leaving a code trail all over and taking only parts of the information.
