It set alarms off all over the database, making Tony rant and swear about goddamn hackers and how he was going to somehow fumigate the entire damn internet. He paused when he recognized the code signature on the (admittedly impressive) wholesale destruction going on.

"What is she doing...?" he muttered as he got in and worked on tracing Lea's trail back to the source.

Lea left him a nice trail all the way back to her location, all but putting bright neon flashing lights along the way. Tony was a genius; she figured he could figure out that all was Not Well.

And indeed he did. The entire thing seemed Not Right, and Tony couldn't help but think that something had happened to Leandra and her mysterious sister. So he locked down the system, set Jarvis to repairs, and set about finding out exactly what was wrong.

Leandra got the information tidbits on her computer and let out a sigh. Well, she'd gotten a few things this time, but hopefully nothing vitally important.

"Done," she told Sean, rubbing her temples. She knew by now Tony had her cell phone number, now she just had to hope he'd follow her trail back or track her cell phone GPS.

"Good," Sean said. "What did you find?"

Tony did in fact track Lea's cell phone, and he took his suitcase armor with him when he headed to investigate. He smelled a rat, and it wasn't the one that just demolished his systems.

"I got some information on Extremis, some of the specs of his armor, although I'm not sure which version of the armor. I got a couple tidbits about what he's working on, and I got something else, not sure what it is." Leandra opened all the information she'd stolen, starting to look through it all. "That was all I could manage."

Sean nodded.

"Very good," he said. "Analyze it as soon as possible."

Leandra nodded, though she took her time looking over the information, trying to give Tony enough time to get there. She wasn't a fighter, she couldn't do anything else much about the situation.

Tony, on the other hand, was in his suit and was on his way. When he got to the GPS location, he didn't waste any time where did what he did best: he barged in. With repulsors.

As soon as she heard that, Lea shut her computer and ran over to where Amy had been locked up, trying to work on the lock. The other two Extremis people with Sean both jumped up, looking at Sean for orders.

Amy was curled up on a cot, sedated. The barely stirred when the door was opened.

Tony looked around the room at everyone.

"So you're the ones who tried to steal my good code monkey?" he asked.

Sean looked at his underlings.

"Well what are you waiting for?" he demanded. "Get him!"

The two underlings jumped Tony, not even trying to be fair as they both attacked him.

Lea pulled the door the rest of the way open and hurried in to check on Amy. "Amy? Come on, wake up. Come on." She patted Amy's cheek.

"Oh honestly," Tony said. He gave them about ten seconds, and then blasted them away. "Peasants."

Amy's eyelids fluttered and she moaned softly, but didn't wake. She was pretty well sedated.

Instead of just staying blasted, the two healed quickly, advancing on Tony again. They weren't deterred so easily now.

Lea swore quietly and tried to haul Amy upright so she could half-drag her sister out.

"Well, would you look at that?" Tony quipped when they got back up. "That makes things fun." He blasted them again, this time with more power. Time to see what they could really take.

Lucky for Leandra, Amy wasn't that heavy, although she was dead weight at the moment. She was barely conscious, let alone actually awake.

The goons just kept coming back, since they were getting smarter about not getting blasted directly.

Lea had her work cut out for her, dragging Amy and avoiding the fight and avoiding Sean and carrying her laptop so Sean couldn't get to it. She swore and stumbled.

Tony heard the stumble and turned to look. The minions tried to take that chance to take him down, and he whirled around and bashed on of them hard enough that the poor man hit the wall with a sickening crack. When Tony was sure the guy was down for the count, he turned to Leandra again.

"Need a hand?" he asked.

"You focus on them," Lea grunted, watching Sean turn to glare at her. "I'd rather not get caught. Again." And she couldn't fight, so she left that to Tony.

Tony was about to make some comment about how he knew what he was doing, but he got jumped at by the other minion. He used the minion's momentum to toss the guy over his shoulder and into the wall.

Lea made it almost to the door before Sean grabbed her, throwing her into a wall and trying to wrestle her computer away. Lea yelped and tried to scramble away.

Tony heard the yelp and pulled Sean off of her.

"I'm sorry, did you miss the part where I said she's my code monkey?" he asked. Then he smashed Sean into the wall next to his minion.

"I resent being called a code monkey, I'm better than anyone you have," Lea said, though she didn't make a move to get up yet. Her shoulder hurt rather a lot and she wasn't pleased.

"Considering what you managed to do to my systems, I should be calling you something worse," Tony said as he helped her to user feet. Then he carefully lifted up her sister. Amy was still very sedated. "You didn't mention you were a twin," he added casually.

"I don't normally tell people much about my personal life," Lea said, watching him carefully as he picked up Amy before she scooped up her laptop. She kept one arm close to her side.

"You told me about Extremis," he pointed out. "Compared to that, having a twin is kind of small change."
