"I wouldn't have thought it mattered where I'm concerned," Lea shot back, though she did manage to sit up. But not without grimacing.

"Well, you thought wrong," Tony said, helping her sit up.

"You are the most confusing man. Ever." But that didn't stop Lea from keeping hold of him, pulling him a bit closer as her Extremis healed the last of her bruises.

"Yeah, well, who's the genius here, again? Apparently I confuse everyone, I have reliable sources on this, you should talk to them sometime," Tony said, letting her pull him closer.

"I'm sure Rhodey and Pepper and I could have a very nice, long bitchfest about you." Lea grinned a bit.

"Probably," Tony said. "Peps and Rhodey already do, I think, but they refuse to tell me about it."

"Gee I wonder why." Lea shook her head. "Alright, come on, I'm cold. Inside or back to the tower, your pick."

"I don't care which," Tony said. "But first..." Leaning in he kissed her quickly.

Lea blinked when he pulled back. "No, you don't get to get away with that, you're still in trouble." And she grabbed the front of his shirt and pulled him back in for a proper kiss.

Tony smirked against the kiss and pulled her through the door of the lodge, closing it behind him.

A little while later, Lea stretched out a bit, relaxing against him again.

"You're still a confusing dick, you know, this doesn't get you off the hook."

"Can't deny you enjoyed it, though," Tony pointed out, letting her settle in. "Damn, we both needed that."

"Yes, we did." Lea hesitated for a few moments, tugging the blanket up again. "More often than after a fight would be better, though."

"Just say the word," Tony said, letting her get comfortable. "I have no objections to this, really, I might even respond in the workshop."

"Again." Lea smirked a bit at that. "And it was totally your idea last time so don't even try to blame that one on me."

"I'm fine with that, honestly, totally fine with that one being my fault," Tony said, grinning. "Ten out of ten, would definitely repeat."

Lea laughed a bit at that, shaking her head. "Completely incorrigible," she said with a grin.

"Although I bet this time we could make Bruce blush."

"You'd be surprised at what it takes to make Bruce blush," Tony said, snickering. "He doesn't even blink at nudity, I swear. All those Hulk-outs, it's gotta be."

"No kidding. Although I bet we could ruffle his feathers if he walked in on us," Lea said with a brief grin. "He can't be totally immune to everything."

"We'd have to get creative," Tony replied. He grinned. "I'm good with that."

"I'll just bet you are." Lea grinned briefly. "Or at least you'd like to think you are."

"We'll make it work," Tony said. He grinned. "Just try not to break me. Valuable goods here and all."

Lea snorted. "I bet Pepper would thank me if I made you stay in bed for a few days," she said, only partially teasing.

Tony snorted.

"Pepper is under the impression that my presence is a detriment to productivity," he said. "No idea where she gets it from, R&D takes a boost every time I stop in, I'm the very picture of productivity."

"You also have at least one person from R&D either quit or start visiting a psychologist after you stop in," Lea said dryly.
