It is like when someone has a boyfriend or girlfriend because they want to have one... not because they care about the person they are dating.

They do want it for the sake of wanting, not for the sake of working their ass of to rule it.
Just like... my dad own the computer, although I am the one that use it a lot, he is still the owner.

Looks like we have different views... though with the computer I can understand it.

There are various examples too...

some people buy iphone for the sake of status, instead of the function.
People WANT money, for their other needs and want.
They work for the money. then get the status and needs and wants.

Bad guys work their evil plans to get the dominating word or other cheesy target for their self satisfaction.
Conquering is one thing, governing is another. Besides, currently in the world of business, people who have the biggest share doesn't necessary run the company, they can hire talents to run for them.

Ultimately, it is the same logic. Desire!!!

Ah I understand now. Selfishness causes people to do a lot of useless stuff. I think I understand though... that is me and sweet foods.

Though for me, bad guys at least have one thing 'better' than me. They are often 'hardworking' to achieve their goals.

That is something they have. Kudos for their tenacity. It is sad though then to think that that means the good guys are not.

But look, most of the time, bad guys are always on the 'active' role, they will always have the 'first' move to launch their attack.
Good guys often have 'passive' role, they react after bad guys do bad things.
Not that good guys are lazy. XD

I am aware some good guys try to take an 'active' role in spreading good words/ having communications and such, but their impact kinda doesn't work as well as bad guy's activeness. Not flashy.

For some reason the good guys seem to always come in late... I like what Marvel is doing with Avengers right now because it shoes them trying to be ready if something does happen...

In the news there was a guy who tried to open the door on the airplane.... and the people jumped him until a flight attendant could bring restraints. That was amazing how they acted instead of just reacting.

wow... O__O what for opening the airplane door? Is he psycho?

have no idea... the crew pointed out that the door was locked so he wouldn't have managed it... but still... those who jumped the guy were praised as heros and the guy was arrested upon landing.

Just like one episode of Leverage.

Oh well, I lost count of how MANY times I rewatch Leverage.
70% of the time that I rewatch, I seemed to notice some details and make sense of certain scenes. XD

It is a mystery, why I seemed to not 'absorbing' certain scenes when I first watch it.

I'm not really crying over books... instead I have placed content above actual teaching... and... didn't see my student was in trouble until she killed herself. I'm so tired. Can't teach right in this condition. Now my student is dead. If only I had been paying better attention, planned my classes better to meet their needs, created an atmosphere they would have enjoyed coming to.
