Yeah I heard he's not racing again. Think he will ever get to? I think if I were him I'd just retire or something.

My hubbie reads all the articles...jayski, etc. He never mentioned it.
But it does make sense.

CNN never follows through on stuff, so if I'm going to find out what is happening, I'll have to find the information somewhere else. CNN just likes the headlines.

it was just hearsay i think. nothing to put money on. i kind of hope he doesn't because even though he has kind of an aggressive past (before the whole killing a guy thing i mean) he was still obviously really into racing as he was doing all different kinds of it. i know it must be an awful feeling knowing you killed someone and i can see why retiring would have it's appeal, but... i don't know, i guess i just think some will probably give him shit for quitting/making him look more guilty/ trying to escape it all, etc etc but it could go the other way too, he doesn't care he killed a guy so he's staying, and so on and so forth. i don't think there will be a right action to take.

I'm not one for racing cars. I don't like sitting that long unless my mind and fingers are busy. I could sit and type or draw all day but not so much with movies or anything else where your just watching. I like to do. Now driving a race car...THAT I'd love.

Haha racing a car would be fun. Races are more fun in person than watching it on TV for sure.

my racing season here is all done. there is one big race with one or two other tracks that we are probably going to go to next month. i've done it twice before and did pretty well. i was one of only three maybe four ladies who raced with like thirty dudes lol i got 10th and it was the best finish a female had and wooo boy, does that piss off some of the fellas

thanks! my car has an overheating problem so my dad raised the radiator an inch, put the electric fan on a toggle switch so we could just keep it running all the time, and even made a funnel of sorts inside the nose to direct the air to the radiator and it still has this problem. my temperature gage goes all the way around and back to the start (100) every time! it's such a pain! gonna have to get a new motor in it for next season i reckon. we got a new car this year, lllonka! it's still a black 51 but it's not a pontiac anymore, babeh! it's a camaro! and older third generation one, but still! it's faster!

my family really got into watching nascar when my step dad was involved with my mom about 22 years ago (wow, i'm old oh my) and he loved dale sr. and he loves dame jr. so i guess it rubbed off on all of us... but my dad and uncles have been racing cars themselves since before i was born!

I've always been around racing, my mom's cousins are into it. But I've really never gotten into it until recently. Haha i'm sure you aren't any older than me! Whoo hoo! A new car!! Sorry you are having so much troubles with it though.

Today is my first day of classes. Trying not to pysch myself out too much. I've been bored out of my mind and now that I have something to do, my gut instinct is to not want to do it. I'm so dumb.

that has been the only real trouble with this car, the overheating, but that's not so bad. we were going to get a new motor for it anyways... probably do what everyone else does, get a bigger motor and change the numbers on the block. i hate resorting to that but i'm probably the only person in the whole class (male and female) who is running what we're actually supposed to be running. it's kind of a drag.

Bleh, I feel dumb. My tummy was upset all morning until I gave in and took some Imodium. Don't know if it was just my anxiety or if I have a bug, because i had a small fever. So classes seem like they will be fun. In my night chemistry class a guy who was in my biology class is in there! I was so excited to see him, he's a race car driver! xD He's prolly fifty or so. I hope he will be my lab partner.

not as old as moi! i actually get that a lot, the being younger than i am thing, on mene and in real life it's not so bad being in the thirties when everyone still thinks i'm in the twenties!
