I don't know what makes me feel more shame. My old drawings or my old writing? God. *shivers thinking about it* *takes great comfort in knowing I ripped the old writing into tiny pieces and threw it away* *relieved sigh thinking about the typed writing being deleted* *but also takes great comfort in knowing those disgracefully bad drawings are gone* *but they aren't all gone because I lack the skill required to replace them!* *NO!*

I don't think artwork of any form should ever be thrown away or destroyed. It might be "junk" to you or "bad" to you. But really when it comes to art there isn't any bad or not good. :))

Annndddd today didn't start that well. I just erased EVERY bit of music off my computer somehow. I have no idea and no clue. But it just doesn't exist anymore. It's not even in my trash can. WTF.

Haha I'm the same, a 90's kid. I will always use 90's terms and it's funny because hubby or my mom don't even noticed or say the same things. One day my boys will probably going around saying I'm stuck in the 90's like we say my aunt is stuck in 73. xD

A lot of people say to never get rid of old work because later it'll show you how far you've come rather than embarrass you. I kinda can't do that. All the mistakes make me feel like a stupid, so it has to go. Never happened. Burden off my chest. I mean, if I've improved enough, all my old work is is one giant mistake.
In everything creative I do, the ultimate thing I'm after is perfect. I want it to be like it's real. It gets fun 'cause most of what I do is fantasy and it has to seem like it could exist. Yes, people aren't perfect, blah blah. Doesn't stop my mind from demanding I go for it, and it won't quit until I succeed.

Livi that is too late! I was up until 4am, but that's because I was having a total breakdown, and I'm able to sleep in. I fed the animals at 10:30am and then went back to sleep until 1:30pm, haha.

It was only because she Really needed to ask me something regarding a surprise they're attempting to pull off for my mum's birthday (Her Aunt Becky, as she calls my mum) and she wouldn't be home until way late and had plans at night as well.... it worked out but I told her that we need to try to figure out a better time to do this as me staying up till midnight when I have a daughter who loves to wake up at half 6..... in the morning... D: Sorry, but that doesn't work. It used to work, before I had kids!! LOL

Steel: It really is... normally it's not too bad - as we normally do work around the time differences etc... just her schedule lately has made it hell for me. Sooo yeah. Yeah, I did leave him. Left him for good May 16th (graduation for our seniors, because he was being such an ass that day). But it's a hard recovery.

Only reason I torture myself is because I do miss them all and being able to talk face to face is nice - even if it is through computers.

They are unless daddy is home. Then it's Soph who's attached to me, and Bec who's attached to Alex. :P I currently have a little munchkin settled in my lap, eating crackers. :P
