I have always wondered why Dia doesn't like puns...
Maybe Amane's were so traumatizing that they ruined the fun of puns for her.

Like the one from Pulp Fiction, the movie. A daddy tomato and his little tomato were walking and the little one was lagging behind and the daddy went back and squished him and said, 'Ketchup.' Something along those lines. Yes, I'd have found that traumatizing if the movie hadn't already blunted my sensibilities with all the human ketchup.
