Speaking of kinda Guac.... I make a creamy green sauce that is made of Cilantro, lime Avacado and a little bit of creen chili. It comes out like a runny guac and is a nice less spicy alternative to green salsa. Kids love it.

I do that some times I have a sick hubby favorite soup I make. You chop carrots thick, onion, celery, and red potatoes and boil it on med-low heat in chicken stock with chicken meat of choice, I use boneless breast meat. Then when you serve it you sprinkle fresh chopped cilantro and finely diced onion on top with a squeeze of lime. It helps open up blocked sinuses and soothes a scratchy throat

I remember when I first started buying avocados...I ate sooo much of it because it was delicious! But then I got sick of it! but avocado and I are good again :)

My Mum uses avocados a lot, being from Arizona. But I never really developed a love for them. Probably because she ate them so much.
