You take away the audio.
You REPLACE that audio with a song. Any song. It's your choice.
The end result is a video that LOOKS LIKE the people are dancing to the song you chose. In reality, they're not, but the point is to see what it looks like. See how well the dance goes with the song.
We call videos that are made like that "magic dance."
