I like fruity oatmeal, that's what I had for breakfast this morning; peach oatmeal!
At the office in the AM I usually have a yogurt followed by a little oatmeal

When I went to make a late lunch / early dinner, I may have been a little moody
and noisy, since my roommate had left a sink full of dirty dishes. She got up and
started cleaning (> //w// <) Thank goodness. I had pizza rolls + mac&cheese!

I am just trying to figure out what I want to do for dinner. I don't feel like making anything but I might just have to given in and throw together a salad. I definitely don't want pasta again. I am pretty close to being pasta-ed out.

Lol. That makes it pretty easy. That is as easy as pasta. XD I probably need to eat something a little healthier though I really don't want to.

Falconwing: Yeah pasta is delicious, but it's easy to get tired of quickly~

My meal earlier was really more of a late lunch, I'll probably have a late dinner tonight a few hours before bed.
I'm really strapped for cash right now, I spent my last eight bucks yesterday. I pre-planned my meals for the
weekend with what I bought. Tonight is salisbury steak, mashed potatoes and the rest of the mac&cheese.

Ooo, Miriu, I could do mashed potatoes probably once a week at least. I love potatoes; especially mashed potatoes with peas. XD

Unfortunately I had pasta again. I just need to get rid of it. I did spice up the sauce I was using though and that helped quite a bit. I might have used a little too much garlic though. ^^;

That sounds like a pretty healthy breakfast. I just managed to grab a cheese stick before I had to run to class. Now I am drinking a protein shake for lunch. Might have something green a little later.

I always use the leftover rotisserie chicken with some rice in some chicken broth it makes a great soup.
You can always add a little bit of carrots in it if you want some veggies.

I love it & its quick & easy to make.
Works well with leftover chicken.
Most of the time I just use the microwave rice in it.

Redtigerness ~ You sound sort of like my husband. He is always in a rush to finish making food.
Half the time he makes something it is so hot you can't eat it until he cools off or get a burned tongue.

Yeah. We also have a cookbook of recipes to do with leftover rotisserie chicken.

I am not very patient either. That is why I make pasta half the time. I have this microwave safe pasta maker called a pasta boat and it is super easy. Just fill it up with water to the line, pour the pasta in, maybe add some salt to make it boil faster, and wait up to 20 minutes at most. It is super easy. Too easy really. If I didn't have a college major that made me run around I am pretty sure I would gain a ton of weight.

I know what you mean. I get so stressed with class work that the last thing I want to do is watch what I eat that evening. I just want to eat what I want and forget the rest. However I will say this, because I just eat whatever I try to watch how much of it I eat. If I need to get a small snack later then I will but smaller portions help with losing weight.

That helps quite a bit. I have thought about signing up for that but it's a little more than I would like to spend.
