Probably. I can't remember all the ones I have done but I am pretty sure I did a cowgirl one once. I always wanted to get an item that had horses you could pose with, kind of like that island one that had guys and girls you could put in next to your avatar.

Yes I did and a mermaid. I think my mule is still rocking a pirate but I haven't loaded it up in awhile.

I think the mermaid was fairly early on, before I got very good with layering and everything. I need to do another mermaid one. And I was wrong about my mule, he is rocking like a creepy joker, mad hatter thing.
