Speaking of screaming animals, did you know frogs and bunnies are capable of screaming if they're in trouble?

I have a friend on Mene who raises bunnies on her farm. She told me about how the babies scream when you first try to pick them up!

A screaming bunny, I think that ranks right up there with a kitten calling its Mom <3

*shudders*
My experience with screaming baby bunnies is as follows:
My cat Diana had, unbeknownst to us, created a kitty door for herself through the bathroom window screen.
There was a noise at the front door; I opened it to see Diana holding a baby bunny.
I took the bunny away from her, and kicked her outside so I could attend to the baby.
A few minutes later, she appeared in the house with another one! I took that one away and placed it in a giant tote with the first; kicked the cat back out.
By the third time she brought me a bunny (all within about 20 mins), I realized: a) she had found a nest, and b) there was a hole in the screen. I locked her in my bedroom after that.
One bunny died within an hour; another lasted a few hours more.
The third made it through the night but was in bad shape.
I took it to the vet first thing when they opened. They called Rabbit Rescue (most clinics cannot treat wild animals).
I checked in a few days later with RR. They said he was doing great, and they had named him lucky.

I read something about how cats bring dead animals to their owner as a gift to show affection. Your cat must have really loved you that day. Poor bunnies, though. At least one of them made it.

Thankfully since ours are indoors (and aren't bright enough to ruin window screens), we get brought toy mice

That was the going theory for a long time.
It has recently been amended: Cats bring you animals because they never see you with them, so they assume you are incapable of feeding yourself. They bring them to you because you are incompetent, and they love you and don't want you to starve XD

I go with the first one personally. Since our cats get table scrapes and still bring us their toys, they obviously know we eat and don't care if we starve because they would eat everything on our plate if we let them...xD

Now that we're talking about cats killing things, Roxxxy's avvie reminds me of a mouse and is absolutely adorable.
