Well, I got a potion. if I screw up now, I don't think I can get another. This is a serious problem.

There's always the internet or saving before you use it or something - do it wrong just leave and return before you did it...like time travel

One after another. Plus I had to make rice which takes 20 minutes or so in the microwave.
My internet cuts out whenever it is used which is why I'm peeved, heh.

We're incredibly lazy here so we have to make sacrifices!

I could do that, but I managed to beat it on my own before i had the internet. I want to do it again, the exact same way.

Your internet cuts out whenever the microwave is being used? That seems like a serious problem.

That's something i've found lately. I can't seem to do stuff without a guide. So I'm gonna go completely from memory on this one.

Well, that will add extra challenge and adventure to it. I did that with the remake of The legend of Zerlda: Ocarina of time, trying to do as much from memory as possible - I love that game.

Not like this game needs extra challenge. It will be good to test how much I remember of a game I played through twice.

Oh the days without walkthroughs. I feel bad using them sometimes.
When I had my nintendo, to get cheat codes I used to either cut them out of magazines or used the internet at the public library.

It's super annoying!

Gwena: Haha, yeah it's pretty serious. The amount of microwavable things we've had for dinner is incredible. Not complaining though because I actually get to choose what I eat, haha.

Every game can use more challenge, especially if it gets played a lot, it keeps it extra fresh. I think I started a 2nd play through of KH and never finished but I don't remember I start things some times and get distracted xD

We mostly microwave popcorn and some leftovers around here - somethings are just better in an oven

Walkthroughs an Autosaves. So much difficulty went away from games when they were introduced.

I disagree o.o I love auto save, I would hate to be playing a game and have my Dad turn the system off for some reason.... I already had to restart a pc game download because he didn't pay attention and shut it down....(my Dad is very rash...) I would never be able to finsh a single game

I like autosave, but you can't deny it's made games easier. A death sets you back 2 minutes, rather than the 20 it used to. Take away a little of the fear of death in games. I much prefer the older style of set save points.

Autosave can't make games easier o.o the actual game play is supposed to be the challenge. Saying autosave makes it easier, is like saying the content is so easy its barely worth playing o.o Plus the fear of death doesn't need to be in a game. If we're talking old, how about password systems? No saving at all remember some silly code xD

It kind of does. The gameplay might be challenging, but if you know you can just go back 2 minutes and start something from pretty much where you were, you'll tend to do more stuff that's unneeded, solely because of the knowledge that you can do it all again easily.

What does unneeded stuff have to do with challenge? O.o Plus I would do unneeded stuff regardless of how fast I can get back (reason being since I know I'll screw up and die anyway, why not take risks?) lol I like to experience the content of a game, its hard to do that if you can't save enough.....

I guess. I'm just thinking in games like Skyrim and whatnot. If it didn't save every time you go through a door in that game, you'd be much, much more careful about how you do stuff.

I've never played skyrim, so I have no experience with it. I've played mmo's and there's not exactly a save feature in those per'se and I take risks and die all the time (of course you might be more careful if dying reset your level to 0 ), nothing like dying and leaving a whole group of people fighting a boss needing your help and you have to travel all the way back

Yeah, I think that's more along what I'm thinking. I don't like it when Death holds very few consequences in games.

And I could careless either way xD As long as I'm having fun that's all I care about. That and as long as I can experience the story/plot of the game if there is one.

It is just so buggy on both technical and design part. -__-;;
Why is there only one game that offers such gameplay?!
