I'm only still in bed because I'm lacking the energy to get up... I'm still feeling severely under the weather, yet I've not taken any time to just stop and do nothing pretty much all week... D: This stupid sickness is going to drive me crazy. It's making my asthma act up, and making me feel blah... :(

Being sick sucks.
I am not looking forward to getting the sniffles this year.

It does suck - mine isn't a cold. I literally managed to stress myself sick. That much I'm positive on. I'm just extremely low on energy and I just feel blah.

Despite being sick this week, I've not missed a single assignment, even if that meant staying up till ungodly hours of the night to get it done before going to sleep. >.< Ugh, school truly is going to kill me. (not literally of course) >.<

That really sucks.
I don't get sick often or if at all, so I'm thankful for that.

And I just got some sad news - I volunteer with Soldier's Angels to write letters to troops who're deployed. But I just found out that they now have a membership fee - not a lot, but I honestly can't afford to pay it.... D: Makes me sad that because they need to find a way to get more money, I can't help out anymore. D:

You're already obviously contributing your time and such. Such a shame thy they
couldn't have left it at that, rather than trying to squeeze more money out of you in times like this.

Exactly! I'm a college student who doesn't work so I have no income, and I am relying on my parents for money (I try not to ask them for money often as I get that money is tight for us - we have three of us in college right now). I feel like they're trying to guilt us into doing this, and they way that they're going about this is just WRONG. I may not be active right now, but I have been considering becoming active again, but the fact that they're REQUIRING the money... no, I can not do this... D: Makes me sad, I joined to try to support the troops, but I'm sorry, if it's between me eating, and supporting the troops, I'm choosing eating... I'm sorry if that sounds wrong, but food is more important to me, honestly.

I do support the troops but when they basically tell us that we're required to donate a dollar a month ( get that it isn't much, but at the same time... that's one dollar less out of my already EXTREMELY limited budget), to be able to do anything to receive addresses/emails to support the troops. I'm sorry. I can't do it! My budget won't allow it... at all. -.-

Required? That seems unfair.
I mean I get that they need money but they might get more if they asked for donations instead of making people pay.

Yes! Exactly, that's what I feel like too - asking for donations... they're a NPO (non profit organization), so isn't requiring a membership fee - basically not allowed? I don't know the rules. They required a 1$ verification fee to start up, but this is new... D: I want to support our troops, but right now, with this, and my limited budget, I can't. And it honestly makes me sad. :( They're going to be losing a lot of angels over this because of their social/economic situations don't allow them to pay the money per month to stay active. D:

The whole worldwide release thing is pretty much the only time Australia gets any advantage in Videogames.
