Nemo ~ I hate those headaches. Usually I keep some crackers around just encase.

We actually didn't get much snow last year, which is weird for Michigan.

I forget how much snow Indiana got last year, I think we had plenty, although I wanted snow through my birthday :P

My dad lives in Indiana. Carmel, I think. Used to be Fishers.

Farmers Almanac says we'll get lots this year. I'm glad that work is not far from our house.

I hate them too - I got one yesterday and it was around for hours, despite taking pain meds. It exhausted me, because I couldn't have lights on to do any homework. :[[ So I'm behind, well, I did catch up somewhat this morning, but now I'm tired. Low Blood Sugar headaches are right up there in annoyance and pain level for me with dehydration headaches and caffeine headaches (I'm allergic to caffeine and can't have anything with caffeine or else I get a horrible headache. And before y'all say you're so sorry, which honestly annoys me, I'm not sorry... doing all I can to avoid it for the most part saves me from hours of me being out of it due to a headache, so I am not sorry.)

I live in the Buffalo area, and a few years ago, we got several feet of snow fairly early in October... which was bad, because all the trees still had there leaves, so the snow built up on them untill it was more weight then the branches could handle, and the branches broke. We had a lot of trees that lost so many branches that they couldn't survive.

We haven't had much snow in the last few years. I hope we get enough to kill off some of the bugs.
I just hope I am done at work before the worst part of it hits.

I've heard of carmel, I don't think I've ever been there though. But thats really neat, I love Indiana

Where I live, we won't even get any snow, both where my parents live, and where I am now. Although there are towns that are close to where my parents live that will get snow. But where I am living now, they never get snow. It's October and it was 80 degrees here today. And it's still warm outside, I wouldn't be surprised if it was still in the 70's.

tiger: Oh, my High School had snow days, because there is snow in the foothills and the Sierra Nevada Mountains where my parents live.

But now I'm down in Southern California with summer weather in October. And yes, I did almost wear one of my summer dresses today. And I probably could have and still be warm even tonight. It's currently 8:16 pm, and it's 73 degrees outside. Welcome to fall in Southern California. >.<

I don't think I've ever been snowed in, I've seen pics from a snow storm (well blizzard) from the 80's I think? that hit indiana that looked brutal.

I think I was alive for that.... or maybe my mom was pregnant with me - not sure. It hit Michigan as well.
I can't wait to leave this state! I want to go someplace down south, Like Louisiana or the Carolinas.

The Sierras are so beautiful.
I lived near Ventura for a couple of years. The weather around there is nice, year round. Well almost.
