I've been bouncing between threads a lot lately here, the NaNoWriMo hangout, The Kanji Club House hangout, a Hangout thread for artists, the menewsan exchange, the art shop and art contest forums, and I check on the health/fitness forum section so whatss one or two more things

Yes I am! And I do all of this while working on reward sites (sites that give you point in return for various online tasks]. Its like a picture someone posted on facebook tat read: "if you want to know what its like to be a woman, image a internet window with 100000 tabs open at once"

It'll take me time to come up with a character too, I have one in mind though so that should help

I'm back, but not sure how much I'll really be around - I really do need to get cracking on this paper that is due tomorrow! My teacher let us go early as he had a sinus headache, and so I have a bit more time than anticipated to work on this paper. I have roughly 30 hours left to work on this paper, and some of it tomorrow is going to be taken up by classes. And I do have a few other assignments that are also due tomorrow, that I need to do, thankfully they're not too hard.

Sounds like I am the only one here, who can't plan or else it will literally make me want to run away screaming and not do it. NaNo always changes anyways, even when I have a plan, as my characters ALWAYS take over. So why plan, when it's always going to go off the plan. >.<

Hey planning isn't necessarily a bad thing. I am just saying how I write, but everyone is different. I don't blame you for wanting to get started on the paper.

I only recently started planning out my stories, the way I used to write, was open word and let what happens happen, I'm mostly planning now, because I want to remember background details on characters and various odds and ends, which I often forget out of laziness or lack of mood to write. :3

Oh, I wasn't judging you. I was just asking am I the only one here who doesn't plan at all? I mean I'll have like roughtly a few character names, who'll most likely change multiple times, and a general idea of "This is how I want to write it in -- like for me writing it in letters" but other than that, I don't know anything, and I just go.

I've won two years in a row - the only two years I've done NaNo -- not planning.

Oh I never really plan it. Like I said, I kind of have an idea. I mean, since I write mainly love stories, I know that the two main characters will end up together in the end but mostly I just start writing.

Ah, got ya. Yeah, last year, my story took on such a mind of it's own... for example. My main male character decided to propose a good five thousand or so words early. >.< It threw me off.

That would throw me off too. I would be sitting there talking to my computer, like "dude I love you but you weren't supposed to propose yet. What are you doing?!"

I'm bored.

I've got about an hour left of work x3 Then I get to go home!
