yeah, that has a lot of vitamin C in it, too
i'm anemic and i try to eat a lot of fruit to help me feel energetic

The reason I've got grapefruit is for the vitamin C. It's supposed to help with some medication that I'm taking. Forgot about the energy boost, though!
