It could be a regular clinic that has a three hour slot after hours for free clinic stuff.

I know my old doctor's office had after hour checkups for three hours on Wednesdays. But it wasn't free. xD
It was helpful when I was sick two years ago. I had worked until six, and they closed at eight that day.

Maybe you should look into it.
