I don't sleep walk often, but when I do it's usually a reaction to some outside influence...like the time I got up out of bed and opened the door for a roommate; I didn't remember it happening at all when it was mentioned to me the next day.
If someone wakes me up while I am in a deep sleep, I will sleep talk.
I will actually respond, even though I am asleep!
I used to sleep walk when my son was younger. He would cry, I would go in there, pick him up, put him on the bed, and lay down with him.
I find it sweet that you look after your son even while you're half asleep!
I sleep walk a lot, but now not as often as I used to. When I was little they actually had a working lady sleep in my room ready with a jug of water to splash on me when I would start walking, but I hear that it's bad to do that. I would open my room lock, the main door, and walk down stairs and all that. Now I do walk but I don't know how much, I can't remember it unless someone tells me that, obviously

I've never sleep walked. However, I'm known for kicking people who sleep beside me. One time, my nanny slept beside me because I was afraid and I ended up kicking her on the chin. Apparently, I'm very flexible when I'm asleep.
I kick people too! one reason why from the time I was around 10 I was given a bed of my own, even while it was a huge bed and my sister could sleep on it. She was made to sleep on the floor with a mattress instead (now we have our own tiny beds though XD) and if there's a bed enough for me to rotate, like a double bed, by next day morning my position would always be flipped, ending with my feet on the face of the person when someone does dare to sleep beside me
I have a cousin brother who is huge and fat, and he would actually squash his brother who is around my age, depriving him of breath.
If we'd sleep on the same bed, we'd end up kicking each other while asleep and then waking up with bruises all over our body, Lexa.
I wouldn't want to sleep next to your cousin. o_o
It was preferred that I sleep on my own bed when I was young too but I always end up falling on the floor every night because I used to move around a lot when I sleep. It's only when I sleep during the daytime that I sleep still.
As much as I roll around, I never fall off my bed I would sleep kind of still when I'm in a small bed. Once my best friend slept with me in my bed and the next day morning, mum came shouting because she thought my friend could be dead, because I had one huge leg on top of her
Oh wow, compared to you guys I don't move much in my sleep. I may flip around a bit or move my arms above my head, etc, but I don't think I've ever kicked anyone in my sleep.
I remember experimenting about that once in kindergarten, like whether I move around a lot in sleep or not...where I went to sleep in a position that I memorized before falling asleep, and waking up to find myself still in the same position. Of course later experiments found that I still move a little sometimes in sleep so my first result was not accurate.
@Lexa - Your friend didn't wake up when you placed your leg on top of her while you were sleeping?
I do know I sleep like a statue when it's "that time of the month." I do move less and less in my sleep now compared to back when I was a kid. =3 I just prefer having a pillow to hug and being surrounded by pillows under the blanket. I'd love to be covered by pillows but that would mean I have to borrow the rest of my family's pillows.
My oldest sister creeps my mother out when she sleeps. She covers her whole body with her blanket and tucks them around her in a way that she looks like a covered mummy.
Also, one time, a friend choked me while we were sleeping. My right knee and lower leg was really injured that time and I was living on a different island with no family/relatives of mine, so I slept at my friend's aunt's house since his aunt was a nurse. He slept beside me because if I wake up in the middle of the night in need of using the bathroom, I needed someone to help me to stand up and walk. I woke up feeling his hands tight around my neck, strangling me. I was so shocked and afraid that I didn't thought of screaming. I was about to punch him on the face when he woke up, quickly let go of my neck and said, "I'm sorry! I'm sorry. I'm sorryI'msorryI'msor... -falls asleep again-" -_-"
She did wake up. She told me my leg only got heavier as she tried to move it she's very very thin so no wonder mum thought she was dead
Oh my sister used to cover herself too! And my grandfather :3 my sister would cover her whole self even when she was dripping sweat inside >_>

Haha! Your sister, your grandpa, and my oldest sister are quite peculiar people. Does your sister and grandpa say that they can't sleep unless they cover their whole body with a blanket? Because that's what my oldest sisters says. xD
I've never been strangled too, until that time. I wanted to punch him awake. How dare he fall back to sleep while I couldn't with my heart still beating fast after him strangling me. I mean, who would want to fall back to sleep again when the person sleeping beside you just strangled you while sleeping a moment ago, right?
She is too kind to me than I'll ever be to her
Yes! (My grandpa passed away) My sister now has got rid of that habit though Mum didn't find it very attractive that she would be stinking by the time she woke up
