Doesn't anybody acknowledge that having a life is a thing people do?

Yeah...if only we didn't need jobs to keep us from starving.

I have my midterms spread out over this week and next week. But they are for boring classes, like accounting and management. I'd love to take a German midterm... but my teacher doesn't give us tests.

I wish none of them did tests, but they all do.

I'm better at exams, so I prefer them over homework.

I'm horrible at exams, so I'd rather do presentations. XD;;

Social anxiety. I have mini anxiety attacks just thinking about presenting in front of people.

I used to have that. I've become a lot more desensitized to such things over time thanks to being shoved into adult life.

I'd never finish anything if I had a job.

I really need to win the grand prize of a large lottery so I never have to do all these things I don't like to do again.

I'm pretty sure almost everyone feels the same.

That would be wonderful - we could move into a better place, preferably a house without any upstairs neighbors who complain about noise. :/

we have a three/four bedroom house. it's old though. and we might be getting a new roommate soon.

I'd love a house - although that would mean more rooms to have to keep clean. Hmmm... And if you do get a roommate, I hope that you all get along!

I wish we had a smaller house, but the American prefers bigger houses /: and it'll be interesting if it actually does happen. she's a few years younger than us and has a girlfriend in college. I'm more worried about them being around the animals. the last roommates really crossed lines with the animals that they shouldn't have. so I'm a little apprehensive.

yeah she grew up on a farm house and then a house with acres of land and forest. only two houses in all her 22 years. I don't even remember how many apartments and houses I've lived in. more apartments than houses, so I'm use to not having a lot of things and always being ready to move again. so I don't really like big houses, too much space, but she has a lot of stuff, it's ridiculous.

Ah, that makes sense. For me, I like apartments, but I just am tired of having neighbors that are upstairs as they walk so loud. And love to complain about the noise. We have an almost two year old... there is bound to be noise. I'm sorry. Stupid neighbors.

I'm not sure what kind of house I like, having only lived in a few (four I think) in my life...

I'd want a house that's either separate from neighbors, or a house with very good sound-proof walls and doors.

I've only ever lived in two houses

And I never plan to live in an apartment because screw neighbors in the same building.

<_< We had problems with the neighbors renting the house next door. They would leave piles of trash next to the house,have loud parties occasionally, and at one point were smoking weed so much it caused OUR house to reek.

Thank God they moved.
