Well then you can continue, as I go to bed. XD I need me some sleep, I'm so tired and I know baby girl will be up early.

And they're easy to make now Linny. You should do it!

The ones I make are SUPER EASY and perfect for lazy people. Just get a yard or so of tulle, cut them into about 6-10in strips, take a piece of ribbon about twice the size of your waist, and just double up the strips and tie them (in the middle of the strips) to the ribbon, and BAM, instant tutu. And costs like... $3 for an adult, or about $1.50 for a baby.

Heyo Kat!!

Yah. I use elastic, but ribbon works too especially for kids, cause the bow you make with the leftover ribbon is cute... Are you making them to sell Kitteh or just for fun?

I just made a mobile for my sister's babeh, and man. We were looking up prices on ETSY. Redonkulous. If she wanted something like I made, she'd have to shell out at least 80-90 bucks on that site.

Uh, I made one for baby for her bday outfit, I thought about selling them, but I haven't had luck before, so it hasn't happened.

I know, it is messed up how much some people charge! Like for tutus i make, I see them for $15, and it is like... it costs you 1/10 of that to make it, why is it so high? People can be greedy on there sometimes. :/

Time and effort to make them. You've kinda got to sell to your audience. But, if you can get a good deal on supplies, sell them for less annnnnnd get more business. Gonna do etsy or craft fairs?

Seriously. I can't believe the prices I heard for mobiles that people make and sell. I made the one I made with $10 bucks in materials. Granted, I had things like paint, sequin, and monofiliament. But, still. 90 bucks? Really? Mine is cuter than ones I saw anyways. I took a wooden sun, painted and made it awesome, drilled it, used a round cross stitch hoop, hung strands of mirrors and felt rain drops all around it, and then covered the hoop with white fluffy felt clouds. It's adorable.

Lol. Well, look into fairs since it's almost fall. You might be able to make a killing if you find a local one. Custom colors, etc. Etsy can be slow.

Also I edited my message above.

It sounds super cute! I was going to make one for Oni, but never did.

I never have to money to pay for a table, and I need to get stuff made up before I even try. :/ I have a bunch of fabric, I just need to figure out what to make. I thought about making some e-reader/tablet covers, some owl plush, and maybe some dolls, and then the tutus, but I just don't have good motivation. I need someone to come do it with me. XD

I found a place that had no fee since it was the first year. Other places are like 15-30 bucks. Not too bad. I know how it is to be le broke. I'm doing one fair via barter. This woman told her friend about me who is running a fair, so she asked me to lend my creative hand to paint those bigstand up things you can put your head through for her fair, and I get a free space. I'm down with that. An hour or two of my times is fine by me.

Yah. I'm the worst with crafting. Seriously. Last minute. If I have someone doing it with me, you're right, it goes along quicker.

My sister took a picture, this is the back of it(and the back of my new nephew I guess)

Oh, that is super cute! And so much better than lame store bought ones.

Yeah, I don't know any around here to even try. Come to Michigan and we can craft together!

Time for pumpkins, apples, rolling in the leaves, and purdy colors!

I could seriously use a cider doughnut and cider now.

Oh yeah? I'm not usually down for pumpkin coffee, but I've got this one instant latte from Starbucks that's pumpkin spice. You just add it to steamed milk. So good <3
