"We all may fight with our parents, but, we'll always love them. That's a fact" no matter what the parents did to their children, the children always will have or will show love to them. "You're welcome, I think that's enough for tonight" he said seeing her yawn "Come on, I think we have a room available if you don't mind sharing with Kaylee until we can get another room set up" Banner said standing up and walking over to Moria holding his hand out for her to take so he could show her, her room.

Kaylee didn't think Loki was so bad, more of being misunderstood because no one would listen to him, and wondered if he was truly the enemy or not. Kaylee was always the one to see the good in people, even if it was going overboard, she knew there was good in everyone; Kaylee yawned, all the events had started to make her a bit tired, and honestly she wanted to keep moving. However, she didn't want to be in a bad mood if Fury ever did show up "Um, I know he will be mad I left, but, he isn't going to try and take me away from you guys, will he?" because if he would, she would fight back, being forced to do something wasn't her way of doing things.

" I don't mind sharing at all. " Moria said with a small smile. She wanted to get to know Kaylee better and hoped the other woman did too. Moria took Bruce's hand and was ready to get some sleep since she had a feeling it might be a while till she slept again.


" I don't know if he will. But if he does we'll be ready. Are you ready for some sleep. I hope you don't mind sharing a room with Moria. But that will only be temporary. " Steve said and was ready for some sleep himself. He didn't like the feeling he got when he thought about Loki being in the same city as they all were.

Kaylee nodded being fine with sharing a room with someone else, especially if it was another girl, maybe they could talk some if they didn't fall asleep first. Kaylee smiled a little while looking at Steve, she could really say that he was cute, and loved his traditional raised background even more. "Yes I'm ready" she stiffled a yawn and walked as she followed him to the room. Once there to part ways now that she knew her way there she quickly threw her arms around him whispering "Thank you for everything" she knew he was trying to help earlier and it was him along with Moria that helped out greatly. Pulling away she said "Goodnight" with a simple smile and walked into the room closing the door behind her realizing she was the only there so far. There was a large bed, a queen or a king sized, and it looked so comfortable. She used her magic simply to teleport her clothes to the closet, but, on the left side inside of it. She found a simple night dress halfway above her knees that was a medium blue shade and navy blue pajama pants. She then brushed out her hair while standing up waiting for her room mate to come as she started to hum a simple little tune to relax.

Bruce led her to the bedroom she was staying at saying "I'm down the hall, second door on the left, Steve is across the hall from you both, and Tony is on one of the higher rooms." Tony always did love the luxury life it seemed. "Do you have everything you need tonight?" he asked just wanting to make sure she was comfortable.

( Sorry about taking a while. Had bad storms this afternoon. )

" I'll be fine, but I think my clothes are in another room ." Moria said and hoped she still had clothes. Her previous room was on the other side if the mansion and hoped that she didn't need to get new ones if hers had been destroyed by the fighting. Shopping wasn't really one of her favorite things to do.

Steve went to his room and got ready for bed. He felt better now that Kaylee was here and hoped the meeting with Fury went well. Steve knew that Kaylee would be a great asset when they fought Loki again and that having Thor here was also a plus. He closed his eyes once he laid down and tired to think good thoughts in order to relax.

(I know about those, we didn't get them though)

"I'll go get them for you, why don't you just get settled in, take a shower, and relax. If you're hungry the kitchen is downstairs" Bruce spoke not talking about the Alice In Wonderland room. Though she could go there too if she really wanted; Bruce nodded his head once and walked down to get her things out of the other room.

Kaylee heard talking, but, she tuned it out as she walked over to the balcony window going out on the ledge. It was like a large walk in window pretty much. She stared at the stars as the moon was out shining brightly in and out of a few clouds leftover from when Thor arrived. She was always mesmerized by the moon even though it was so simple looking and so far away. She could get closer if she wanted to, but, her body felt stiff. As if unmovable and she didn't care as the rest of the world was tuned out. Her lightly colored hair blowing in the wind gently.

" Thank you." Moria said and went into the room. She was hungry but knew she could wait till later to eat again, since what she really wanted was a shower and some sleep. Moria didn't see Kaylee and went into the bathroom. It felt good to feel clean and took a good shower. Afterward, Moria got back in her clothes and hoped she had pajamas to wear.

Steve slept fitfully and had a feeling something was wrong. He didn't want to bother anyone but had a feeling he wasn't the only person tonight that was feeling this way. Steve sighed and closed his eyes again knowing that it might be a while till anyone got sleep again.

Bruce knocked on the bedroom door while Moria was in the shower and Kaylee answered it "These are Moria's, can you give them to her?" he asked nicely "Sure" Kaylee smiled "Goodnight" she added as he replied the same walking off not really sure if he could trust the girl leaving her alone with Moria. He didn't really feel like over working himself right now though as he headed to his room and climbed in bed to sleep even the big guy told him to sleep.

Kaylee waited for Moria to come out as she sat the bag on the bed at the end, but, wound up falling asleep before the water stopped and looked really innocent like a child. That was the most she probably looked since meeting the avengers and Moria. Kaylee was exhausted from all the events happening and the power she used up.

Tony was locked away in his laboratory like office while trying to figure out where Loki would be and if Kaylee would be any use as to finding him. Maybe the other woman could help, Moria, but, he wasn't sure how the big guy would like that. "Hey Jarvis?" Tony called to his electronic butler "There a reason you didn't inform me of my guest?" "I would have sir, but it seems whomever is the tower has tampered with my programming in some indiscernible way. I am unable to track them thermally, or vocally, and it appears your surprise party of one has manage to infiltrate without using a common method, such as a door"

Jarvis responded on the intercom only in the office. "Don't get sassy with me Jarv, run a full system's check" he wasn't asking, but, telling, like usual. "Inconclusive, Sir" Jarvis responding saying it wouldn't be worth it and he had already done that. "So can I help you or are you just going to stand there all creepy and menacing looking? I would rather not be stabbed right now while at my desk" Tony spoke honestly raising a brow.

Moria saw her bags on the floor and Kaylee on the bed. She quietly got changed into her pajamas and carefully got into bed. She didn't like the feeling she had but figured it was just leftover nerves from the last couple days. Though she did admit she was worried about something.

Steve tried to relax but couldn't. He laid in bed feeling that something was very out of place. Steve got up and grabbed his shield just in case he was attacked. He just hoped it was his imagination since he still was tense after the last couple of days.

Kaylee was off dreaming, once she was out, she was out, sure she would be easy to wake up, but, for now she didn't want to wake even if Loki or someone did attack them. Sleep. That was all that she wanted right now and refused to do anything else.

Even though something felt off, Banner just went to sleep, like Kaylee he didn't care and besides if someone did attack they would have a very tired and angry big green guy on their hands to deal with.

Loki tilted his head curiously as he stood there in what looked like norse god pajamas. Which of course made Tony snort in amusement. "What amuses you man of iron?" Loki asked wondering what the other was thinking. "Nothing, it's just different to see you in pj's, Rudolf. They look super comfortable, got a pair in red I could borrow?" course Tony was just joking around. "Are you referring to my lounge wear man of iron? Would you prefer me in my armor? Perhaps I could dismember you with my bare hands" of course Loki didn't take it as a joke and more as an insult. "Um no, the yoga look is good on you" Tony said quickly scanning his eyes down to Loki's lean chest (the top hugged him nicely, especially in the hips- AND NO WAY ARE YOU GOING THERE STARK, NO WAY) Tony was scolding himself mentally adding "Seriously, do you have an extra pair? They look like heaven" "Sir, should I remind you that you do have comrades in the building. Mr. Rogers is awake" Jarvis spoke as Loki glanced to the ceiling then to Tony again as Tony spoke "Thanks Jarvis, so Reindeer games, why are you here?"

Steve decided to head back to bed feeling that would be the best option. He figured it was just Tony working on something again and knew better to bother the man. Steve hoped that everyone else was sleeping better than he was right now.

Tony and Loki talked until Tony made his way to his bedroom and fell asleep on the bed as Loki watched him most of the night. Loki could use illusions to project himself elsewhere until he could free himself of the prisons on Asgard. Everyone else in the mansion slept and Tony was gone which meant Jarvis wasn't on alert. Once the night slowly drew out into morning, people started getting up. Banner woke up early not really caring to, he just did, out of habit mostly. Tony was still asleep in his room, he was out like a light, and nothing could wake him right now without getting attacked by an angry Tony aka Ironman. Kaylee didn't like waking up early all the time, but, after last night you'd think the girl would sleep in more. It was six in the morning when she saw the clock raising an eyebrow and sighed. She got up out of bed careful not to wake up Moria while she quickly showered changing clothes so that she was wearing black leggings with a blue jean skirt over them and halfway above her knees. She had on dark blue flats and a white halter that tied gently around her neck. Figuring it might be a little cool this morning, she grabbed a thin black sweater to match her stockings. Leaving the room she yawned, stretching while she walked down the hallway.

Steve woke up and took a shower. He had slept fitfully and hoped everyone else had done better. He was typically an early riser and intended to keep that habit from his days in the military. He then got dressed and headed to the kitchen to make some coffee for himself and anyone else who was awake.

Moria wasn't an early riser and woke up seeing that Kaylee was gone already. She got dressed in a long sleeved green cotton dress and pair of jeans. She didn't like short dresses very much and usually did wear something on the bottom. Moria out on a pair gold flats that went with the belt she was wearing and headed to the kitchen for coffee.

Kaylee was in the kitchen making pancakes, she had a strange craving for pancakes, bacon, and eggs. The kitchen smelled so good probably, at least to her it did, and she loved to cook. Cooking was something she just loved to do and was good at it. Since there was alot of guests she made different pancakes. Strawberry, blueberry, and even chocolate chip as well as regular pancakes. Humming to herself as she had pancakes on one burner, bacon on another one, and eggs in the third one. "Oh good morning, are you hungry?" she asked hearing someone behind her not sure who it was, she couldn't exactly turn around at the moment. "Food will be done shortly if you are. I'll have Jarvis wake the others in a bit" she smiled happily, this was her normal, usual self around others. "Oh, there seems to be more early risers, I didn't think anyone liked getting up early in here besides maybe one or two people" she spoke.

Natasha and Clint had arrived an hour ago and were sitting on the couch talking about their missions ignoring anyone else in the room. Kaylee spoke up to Jarvis "Hey Jarvis, could you give the others a wake up call from me?" she waited for Jarvis to answer hearing him say "Of course miss, how would you wish to wake them, miss Amarose?" Kaylee thought for a moment "Please call me Kaylee if you don't mind and oh! Would you be able to play the song Eye of the tiger and make it loud enough to wake them, but, not to hurt any eardrums?" Kaylee suggested smiling at the choice she had made for the song. "Of course, Miss Kaylee" Jarvis spoke selecting certain rooms playing the sound to wake the others up.

Tony woke up so startled he fell out of bed not realizing Loki was there watching with amusement on this face. Ignoring Loki he yelled at "JARVIS! What was that for!?" he was not happy about that wake up call, but, at least the song wasn't a bad one like backstreet boys or something. "Miss Kaylee asked me to wake everyone up with music this morning, she has prepared breakfast for everyone" Tony could hear a thump meaning both Thor and Bruce were awake now too. Bruce walked in wearing only pajama pants with messy hair. Thor was dressed in a simple t shirt with pajama pants with thunder bolts all over them. Kaylee waited as Tony said to Loki "We'll talk later, first I need to eat" "Tonight I have a gift for you" and Loki disappeared which now bugged Tony, but, he went out with the others to smell the food. Man did it smell so good to him. The table was set up which they hardly ever used, Tony didn't even think he had a table, and the food was all set up for everyone. Natasha, Clint, Thor, and Bruce were sitting down already eating. Kaylee was finishing up the remaining pancakes since she made extras not sure how much everyone would eat. She poured herself some milk in a large glass and sat down with her food seeing as everything was done. "Wow you went all out" Tony said as Kaylee had set a plate in front of him then took her seat.

" Thanks for breakfast. " Moria said and took a bite of her pancakes. She had a feeling something was wrong here but wouldn't say anything about it just yet. " Maybe it's just nerves, since the tension in this room is still heavy. " Moria though as she are her breakfast.

Steve also thanked Kaylee and still had a feeling something wasn't right. " Did anything odd happen last night?" He asked hoping the others had an idea about what was going on. Steve didn't like being this paranoid but most of the time he was he was right about things.

Kaylee shook her head "Once I'm out, I'm out. I suggest never trying to wake me though, I can be worse than the big guy when you wake me from my dreams" Kaylee laughed a little hearing Tony reply "Nope nothing, just worked, and sleep" now that sounded a bit suspicious, but, Kaylee didn't care to look into it.

Banner shook his head "I felt something off, but, I just wanted to sleep after everything. How did you sleep Moria?" he asked her turning their talk into a short conversation from the others. Thor said "I thought my brother was here, it felt like him" tony tensed up freezing a moment then relaxed as thor continued "But that wouldn't be possible, we wouldn't be here or alive this morning" though he would just have to kill his brother if it ever came to that and he didn't want that. Clint (Hawkeye) shrugged and Natasha spoke for them both "Don't know what you're talking about"

" I slept pretty good actually." Moria said with a smile. She didn't think anything was wrong and hoped she was right about how she was feeling. " What is the plan for today?" She asked feeling curious.Moria wanted to feel she was helping out hoped there was a way she could.

" We're meeting with Director Fury in the afternoon to discuss how to deal with Loki. Other than that we don't have anything planned. " Steve said and had a feeling Tony was hiding something from the group. He wouldn't look into it since he had a feeling he wouldn't like what he found.

Kaylee looked over at Steve "Wait, do I have to go to?" she raised an eyebrow at him, if that was the case she was going to be so annoyed probably, and was going to love it. She had her own reasons to do this and now she really wanted to meet him "Scratch that, I want to go" Kaylee smiled as if up to something. "So what time?" Kaylee asked seeming innocently interested.

Bruce looked over at Steve while he spoke "Pretty much, then we play things by ear, and see if we can figure out where Loki is hiding out at. Without his glowstick of destiny there can't be much he can do" though Thor spoke up "Incorrect, he is the god of mischief and can do more than you would ever imagine without it" it was just a power boost for Loki is all.

" It would be for the best. I promise nothing bad will happen during this meeting. " Steve said with a reassuring voice. " Thor is there anyway we can prepare for a battle with Loki. He knows how we all fight and what we need is the element of surprise. " He added hoping there was a way.

Moria was dreading the meeting with Director Fury since her first meeting with him hadn't gone well. She still was wondering how she would explain to her cousin that his apartment had been raided by SHIELD agents. Moria also was concerned that Loki knew more about her than she would have liked but knew the Avengers would be able to defeat him.

Kaylee thought about it "Technically Loki doesn't know how I fight" which was true, sure she attacked the avengers, but, without her fully in control that wasn't her fighting, it would have been Loki more than herself. "Whelp, I'm ready" she smiled jumping up cleaning up her own plate while walking by ruffling Tony's hair and slightly winking at him as if she was saying 'It will be okay' to whatever he was thinking about. Tony felt like a little kid now, it was strange.

After breakfast time went by and soon the meeting was upon them, one in the afternoon, and they had to get going "Come on we'll be late" Kaylee hung out with Moria just asking random questions and trying to bond with her since she loved to make friends. "Ready to go? Don't worry he can't do nothing to you, besides, we have all the hot supes with us" she was trying to be cheerful which was her usual mood.

" I'm ready. I know I shouldn't worry about Loki but something in the back of mind keeps telling me I should. " Moria said and stood up. She had enjoyed getting to know Kaylee and was ready for this meeting. She knew where they were was the safest place since there was a chance Loki had followers.

Kaylee linked arms with Moria as they went to the meeting with the avengers. Fury was already there and being as impatient as ever. "Stark I told you noon, no later than one, how do you be late to that" Fury scolded as Tony rolled his eyes "Well, we just did" and went over to sit down in one of the large chairs while Kaylee chose to sit down bringing Moria with her next to her, there was a seat next to Kaylee in between her and Tony. And two seats next to Moria opened. Banner sat in a seat next to the girls wondering how this all would go, it couldn't be good, and if it was, they would be lucky.

Steve sat down close to Kaylee and was ready to start the meeting. " What was the total damage done from the last two battles" He asked having a feeling the cost was great. He also had a feeling the death toll was more than he wanted but would be no where near the deaths from last year. He just hoped there would be no more damage done.

Kaylee felt a little guilty about that, but, she didn't want the spotline on her so she sat quietly. Fury turned around to look elsewhere while speaking "Twenty two people injured, three in critical condition, somehow there were no deaths this time" talking about both times which was odd. Most of the time people died during these events, but, three could still die if they gave up while in critical condition. The talk about the deaths and damage as Fury went on made Kaylee want to go out and do what she could to help everyone, but, seeing she was the cause. She would probably be feared, attacked, yelled at, and even ran away from. Ah. something she really truly did hate and fear was being shunned or alone or both. Tony spoke up next surprisingly "So no deaths, damage is being taken care of, can we go now?" sounded like tony was eager to go elsewhere.

" We do need to think of a plan of attack. " Steve said and had a bad feeling about Tony. Something felt wrong and he didn't like it. Though Steve could understand why Tony wanted to leave. " You don't have to stay if you feel you are done. " He said and hoped he was making the right call by letting Tony go.

Fury didn't look so happy about that "I insist you to stay Mr. Stark" for some reason the way Fury said that struck a nerve "Oh let him go sheesh" she stood up with her hands on the table just not smacking them down to make noise. She was making a point "If we need the Iron Man to discuss what is going to happen, we can page him" Fury glared at her "And who do you think you are to give orders. You're the reason this whole mess is going about right now because you were too weak to resist Loki's magic" Natasha was staying out of this and so was Clint (Hawkeye) as they scooted their chairs back a bit, Natasha dug up some information on Kaylee, and the most she found was, 'Never engage' and that meant she wasn't very good at controlling her anger, somewhat like the hulk, but, different. Kaylee was silent as Fury went on watching her look down at the table and Tony slipped away sometime later to leave

"That's right, you were too weak to resist him and now you want to be the one in charge making the calls, so sit down, and pay attention" "Uh sir, I don't think it's wise to give her an order" Natasha spoke up usually never saying anything about going against Fury's orders. Banner spoke next "I think she's right, you might want to take a step back" normally when he said that he would go into hulk mode, but, he wasn't talking about himself. "Oh like you're any better" Kaylee spoke adding "I might have hurt people, but, i am not you. I don't kill people for stupid reasons like "Kill him and save the world only to lose lives along the way" she stood up already recomposed herself refusing to sit "I'm out of here, if I want to be told how to run my life, and what to do or how to act. I'll return, but, the next time you say anything to me. Even just a 'howdy do' and I will not hesitate to attack you"

then she apologetically smiled at Moria and left the room taking a walk outside where she originally wanted to be. Fury was nothing, but, a human to her. She was stronger, faster, and better at alot of things more than him. How could he talk to her like that and expect her not to get angry. Or maybe he was testing her, though that could get him killed, but, it doesn't seem like he was the type of person to fear death so easily. Banner spoke up next

"Alright then, while she is wandering around probably scaring people on the walk, why don't we cut to the chase. We need to get back to our plan of finding and stopping Loki" Natasha cut in then keeping this conversation going "We need a weapon. Something that we can use against him. Why not Kaylee? She was once controlled by him, what's to say she doesn't turn back into his control, and use that against him. Make him think she really is under his control and then she can turn to attack him while we come in to finish him off" Thor shook his head "Loki would know if she was being controlled or not, it's his magic" but would he know?
