Dean returned the hug, holding him tight for a few moments. "Yeah, Bobby. I know." He shook his head. "We're all bored up here. Hasn't been much going on."

"You knew about this?!" Bobby demanded. "What, has everyone gone insane?"

While Bobby fumed and the brothers reconnected a bit, Runa knelt down and carefully repaired the broken devil's trap on the floor.

"Not totally, not yet," Dean said with a quick grin. He did watch Runa though.

"No, Dean, I don't think you get it," Bobby said.

"Bobby," Sam said, glancing over. He sighed and looked at Dean. "He's kind of right to be upset, Dean." He hesitated for a moment. "I came in and got caught in the devil's trap."

Dean was quiet for several moments. "I'm not surprised," he said. "Not after this." He didn't look happy, though.

"But it worked," Sam said. "We did it." He looked around. "Where are the others? Did they not come with you?"

"They followed. Cas is checking the wards around the house." Dean shrugged. "I'm sure they'll be here soon demanding to see your dumb ass." He smirked a bit.

Sam nodded.

"Good," he said. He sighed a bit. He'd missed them all.

Once the devil's trap on the floor was fixed, Runa stood up again and replaced the rug over it.

"Alright, once the wards are checked we'll be good in here," she said. Sam nodded to show he heard, and Runa relaxed her posture a bit. She smiled at Dean.

Dean shot her a grin, and then paused when he heard another car pull up. "This should be good," he muttered, grinning.

Kyra made it in the door in five seconds flat and then stopped dead next to Dean, looking like she was somewhere between strangling Sam and kissing him.

Gabriel was right behind her, although a bit more restrained. Sam grinned when he saw them both.

"Hey," he said. "I'm back for a bit."

Once Sam was reconnecting with his archangel and nephilim, Runa went over to Dean.

"Hey," she said softly. "I take it you got my message."

"Good," Kyra said, marching over to him and glaring at him, hands on her hips. "I hope you know we've been worried about you."

Dean nodded. "Yeah, and the messenger scrammed," he said. "Voluntarily, even."

"Sorry," Sam said, looking a bit contrite. "But I'm okay, really."

"Good," Runa said. "Do you know how hard it was to find one willing to take a message to Dean Winchester? They're all afraid of you, you know."

"Uh huh." Kyra glared at him for a moment more before she sighed and hugged him instead. "As long as you're fine."

"Good, they should be." Dean grumped a bit. Just because he hadn't been busy exorcising demons recently didn't mean he wouldn't still.

Sam held her close.

"I'm not the same," he said. "But I'm okay."

Runa sighed and went to hug Dean.

"It was rough," she said softly. The she glanced around. "Where's Cas?"

"Okay is good enough for the moment," Kyra said with a little sigh.

"Here," Cas said quietly, having snuck up on them. "The wards are set. We're safe here." Not that there was much anymore that would attack them, but even so.

"And I checked them," Gabriel added, going over to Kyra and Sam. He stayed close to them, hovering a bit. He'd been worried about Sam, too.

Runa jumped and just barely managed not to pull her knife. She relaxed when she saw Cas and reached out a hand to him. She'd missed her hunter and her angel.

Bobby just watched them all, a bit bewildered.

"Will someone tell me what the hell is going on here?" he asked. He glanced at Gabriel. "Who the hell are you?"

"That's Gabriel, prankster extraordinaire," Kyra said dryly. "Mostly reformed."

Dean snorted at that. "He's with us, he's fine," he told Bobby. "And he'll behave himself if he knows what's good for him." He shot Gabriel a look.

Cas just sighed a bit at them and took Runa's hand quietly.

Bobby blinked when they introduced the newcomer.

"I need a drink," he finally said, heading into the kitchen.

Kyra snorted a bit but settled in for a bit to let everything calm down.

"You'll get used to it," Dean said, grinning.

"Come on," Sam said, taking Gabriel's hand as he held Kyra. "Let's settle in. Or find a motel until Bobby cools off, either one sounds good."

Kyra shrugged. "I think there's a few too many people to fit here," she pointed out, rather dryly.

Sam couldn't help but grin a bit.

"We've stayed in smaller places before," he pointed out. But even he could admit that they should probably give Bobby some space, after how angry the hunter had gotten.

Kyra snorted at him and shook her head but didn't say anything, instead heading for the door.

"I'll go find a hotel and get a room, I'm sure you want to catch up with Dean and Bobby."

"I don't really think Bobby wants to talk to me right now," Sam said, a bit awkwardly.

Gabriel glanced at everyone for a moment, and then made a shooing motion with his hands.

"You all go on," he said. "I'll talk to him, and I'll catch up with you later."

"We'll see you soon." Kyra shook her head a bit and steered Sam out to her car so they could go find a place.

Bobby was still taking refuge in the kitchen.
