we are too
i cant get one cuz i am to old, and i am only 27
they either want 15 or 16 year olds or polish people
cuz the polish will do anything for minimum or less, and they will work day and night 7 days a week
they dont seem to aply to our rules of how much we are alowed to work and stuff
that its 5 days and around 40 per week is the max pretty much, and then there are still alot who need overtime

everywhere is hard, even in my country. I can't find job because of corrupt school people. You can't get job if you don't have teaching exam passed, and you can't pass teaching exam if you don't work somewhere for a year.

I hate all that catch 22 stuff.
For me it's that I need training to get the job, but I also need experience and years of working at a company to be valuable.

That's the way it is. It's nonsense I know.
It's not hat you can't get but there is always someone who has the teachers exam passed so they get points and we have a lot of those people. So it's just never ending circle.

Yeah... even mene has a catch 22 right now. A business needs money to improve to bring in more people, but it needs people to pay money to pay for the improvements.

The global economy is terrible, sad to see all these countries having such problems with jobs.
The world needs a change.

It does indeed. But the next step in the world probably won't fix anything so long as greed is in power.

Agreed. I believe most (if not all) of the political leaders in the world are two-faced, and power hungry, not to mention the greed.
I live in the states and it kinda disappoints me. We're the laughing stock of the world.

So true... I remember when the president was being elected people were talking about how he was the messiah...
and they milked that image to the bone, promising world peace and whatnot.

Yeah, all empty promises with no backbone. Tryin to take away our rights and not give us a say. Now they're requiring everyone to have healthcare by 2014, and if you don't then you'll be penalized on your tax return.
So much for the "Land of The Free".
Do you live in the states, WP?

I do. Up in Washington, where it rains all the time. Yourself?
Penalized? So basically everyone who is working only part time is going to get penalized... (part time gets no healthcare)

I live in Kentucky, the state of stereotypes and incest. >.<
Yeah, if you don't sign up for ObamaCare, or have your own private healthcare (through your place of work or whatever else), the government will still get their money. I think it's something like a 90$ penalty. The only people it won't affect, are the upper class. Middle/lower class will be worse off than before. It's absurd.

True. There's so many people in power that are good people... yet... it really goes to show how little power a single person has. It's the entire system and not the individual :(

Agreed. Although, I also believe something needs to be some about the economy in the US. All the debt, more taxes driving everyone but the rich into the ground. All these price increases on everything, take gas or milk for example. Still no talk of minimum wage being increased. Makes me sick the way the country is run sometimes, all politics and everything's about oil and money.

Rich should give more to the countrie. More money you have more you have to give taxes. It's not fair to take lets say 200 dollars from someone who earns only 500...

The reason we're so deep in debt is because we outsource all our jobs. Really we need to employ our own country a bit more.
On the other side though, the people in job searching programs I've been told aren't even showing up to interviews.
I think percentage based taxes would be nice.
