"Oh, damn," Lucy grumbled. "I'll think about it. I need to check my schedule first."

Liz grinned.

"I'm teasing," she said. "You know I'll bring you something back. Anything I should keep an eye out for?"

"Anything you think fits me," Lucy said with a shrug. "You know my styles, pick something out for me if you want."

Liz nodded.

"I'll see what strikes my fancy, then," she said. She grinned. "The lines are promising this season."

"Good. I might take a look anyway. I need a few new dresses for upcoming occasions." Lucy grinned.

"Let me know what you find," Liz said. She stretched. "And I should head home now, it's getting late and I want to sift through my closet."

"Yeah, I need to go check in and see if my dad needs anything," Lucy said with a little grin. "I'll see you tomorrow."

Liz nodded and headed home. The next afternoon found her right back at the door of the host club, and she slipped inside quietly. She knew the hosts would be busy with clients, and she was really just there to observe, anyways.

The twins noticed her and grinned, waiting for a break between clients to go over and talk to her.

"So, back again already?" they asked.

"It's better than watching the models fight over dresses," Liz replied with a small smile, nibbling on a pastry.

"Oh, I don't know," Hikaru said with a wicked little grin. "That can be fun to watch."

"Sometimes," Kaoru moderated.

"Moreso if I get to rip clothing off you."

"Hikaru!"

Liz couldn't cover a rather unladylike snort as she hid her grin behind her pastry.

"Really, you two," she said.

They turned identical looks on her, part amusement, part surprise. Most people didn't snort at them (except Kyoya because he was just a grouch).

"Still wishing you could join in?" Hikaru said with a little grin.

"I'm pretty sure I'm fine just watching," Liz replied. "Really, this is entertaining."

"Well, we do enjoy pleasing you," Hikaru flirted, grinning at her. Kaoru just matched his grin.

"And I do so love to be pleased," Liz replied teasingly, grinning. "But I shouldn't be taking you away from girls who have actually reserved time with you both."

"You're not," Kaoru assured her. "We don't have our next appointment for fifteen minutes." He grinned. "So we're all yours for fifteen minutes."

"How kind," Liz said, moving over a bit on the couch to make some room. "Is this all you both do in your spare time?"

"No," Hikaru said with a snort. "We play video games."

"And read," Kaoru added.

"We don't spend all our time here, after all. Only some of it. We do still have classes to pass too."

Liz waved a hand.

"I already figured you paid attention to your studies," she said. "They kick you out of university if you flunk. But video games are interesting."

"Sometimes," they said. "We've played a variety of them." Although few kept their attention long.

"I'm sure," Liz said, grinning a bit. She looked at them for a moment. "So, why do you always talk in unison? I'd imagine it's fun occasionally, but it must get tiring after a while, right?"

"Not really," they said with a shrug.

"We've always done this," Kaoru said with a little smile. "Most people don't understand, but that's fine."

"Still, I'd imagine it's tiresome," Liz said, "pretending to be the same person all the time." She glanced between the two of them and took a sip of her tea. It wasn't jasmine this time, rather some sort of rose-almond-vanilla blend, but it was still good.

"Not really." The twins shrugged again.

"Besides, we don't pretend to be the same person. This is just how we are," Hikaru said.
