"You do?" Amber asked, sounding curious.

" I do. Carter has been investigating strange appearances. Some say it's not of Earth but why? That whole Roswell wasn't weather ballon but we all know aliens are not real. " He said feeling angry. He still thought that whole Tesseract thing was fake.

"Definitely not," Amber said in agreement. She, however, knew that wasn't the truth, especially with what her teacher taught her. That, and the research she did before coming back in time.

" Now most of my co workers are beginning to distrust Carter. All except Sousa. What makes him think she is right this time about everything? She's still working with that butler. " Weatherby said with disdain.

"Perhaps he is blinded by love for Agent Carter?" Amber asked.

"Perhaps. Or thinks of her as an equal. "Weatherby said with a sneer. " Most of the guys have transferred to Washington but not Carter or Sousa. "

"I see. And you want to head to Washington as well?" she asked, silently wondering if he just hated Carter or if it was something more to it.

" I do. I want to be where I can do the most to make a certain someone pay. " Weatherby said wanting Howard Stark to pay.

"Alright. Perhaps I can help you on that" Amber said.

" Good. Now are you willing to frame a certain playboy millionaire? I hate Stark and I want him and those associated with him to suffer.

Joseph Carpender got off the train and grabbed his suit case. He wondered what his old friend Harold Stark wanted since the telegram he had recieved while in St Louis had been vauge and hoped that this wasn't like that incident a year ago.

(That's fine with me.)

Andrea let out a soft gasp when she saw who it was that stepped off the train. "That's my grandpa..." she whispered, not wanting her future grandfather to overhear her. Leanna, however, noticed this.

"It's like we're going to intentionally screw with time...how exactly is that a good thing?" the ex-assassin whispered back.

"It isnt but you four are involved with this. " Missy said and was joining them. " It be best if I come along right now. I have a feeling that this right after Roswell.

Joseph looked around and went to a cafe nearby. He was wondering who this Agent Carter was that Harold wanted him to meet and sighed feeling that something bad could happen.

"Why?" Leanna asked.

" It's just what I see in Joseph's timeline. In this universe Roswell was a major factor in SHEILD's founding. "Missy said.

"I see," Leanna responded.

" We need to stay close to them. I think this is when they first met. "Andrea said and saw her grandma get closer to her grandpa.

Joseph saw a woman aproaching him and by instinct stood up. His mother had taught him to treat women with the same respect as a man and hoped she wasn't offended by that.

"Really?" Leanna asked, surprised. If that was the case, then they had to make sure it came out correctly.

Andrea nodded as her grandma got closer to her grandpa and hoped she could keep them both safe.

Leanna watched as the two started talking about something. "Love, what are they talking about, do you know?" she whispered to Andrea.

" I don't know. " Andrea said and watched them carefully.

"Something feels off about all of this," Leanna muttered as she kept her senses up.

" So what do we do about Howard? I know you've probably thought that question quite a bit right? I now I do. " Joseph said and hoped that the odd feeling he had was nothing.

"I want to trust him, but at the same time he can be such a..." Peggy said before taking time to think of an appropriate word for such a man.

" Idiot maybe? No doubt he's one of the smartest individuals in the world currently but there are somethings he doesn't understand. Howard knows how I feel. I tried to teach him how to be a normal guy while we worked at Los Alamos. But he is who he is and I wouldn't have him any other way. " Joseph said hoping his honesty wasn't to much for Miss. Carter. He had been raised by a French born mother who always encouraged him to tell it how it was.

"He can be that way from time from time, that's for sure," Peggy said with a shake of the head. "And yet he can also be a great friend...if he isn't being his usual womanizing self that is," she responded. She was actually glad for Joseph's bluntness since everyone in the office treated her like a secretary. Sure there were a few exceptions, but it was pretty much true.
