"First are these," Leana said as she gave her two scrolls and two leg weights. "The scrolls are resistance seals. I would have gotten more off the Black Market, but things are pricey as hell. Put them on your wrists and then I'll activate them for you. The physical weights go around your ankles. Currently they're at five pounds, but I'll up them as you get use to the weight, same for the seals," she added.

Andrea first put on the ankle weights and then the scrolls. She had never done anything like this before and hoped she wouldn't mess up.

Leana nodded as she placed them on. "Good," she said before placing two fingers onto the seal. "Little know this about me but..." she said before channeling energy into the seal. Granted she only had a limited amount of energy/magic, but it was enough to power the seals on Andrea's wrists.

" That is pretty neat. " Andrea said wondering what to do now.

"And now we get to work," Leana said.

Andrea could feel the resistance as she trained but could feel herself getting stronger. This wasn't easy and knew she wanted a long shower before she went to work on the decoding.

Leana could see that Andrea was getting stronger and smiled to herself, glad that she was doing so good. Of course, she had a long ways to go, but for a beginner, it was a great start.

" How did I do?" Andrea said once training was over. She was glad to get her mind off what was bothering her about her dad.

"You did very good," Leana said with a light grin.

" Thanks. It wasn't easy, but it was nice to be able to focus on something different lately." Andrea said.

Leana nodded. "I know what you mean," she said with a soft grin.

"Ready for breakfast? We don't need to be in the computer lab till later and I am a little hungry." Andrea said as she looked at her watch.

"Breakfast sounds like a wonderful idea, just remember that you'll be burning more calories with the weights and resistance seals on," Leana replied.

" Should I take these off or is this a part of my training?" Andrea asked hoping it was.

"Yes, it's a part of your training," Leana responded.

Andrea nodded understanding. " So probably eating a little more than I usually do would be a good idea. " She said.

"Just a bit," Leana deadpanned, so had a grin on her face to show that she didn't mean anything by it.

"Thanks for listening to me this morning. I trust Steve, but I don't know what he would think about my suspicions about that artifact. It's possible that it' an Asguardian artifact, but I'm getting the feeling it was given to them by someone." Andrea said knowing that her idea sort of sounded like something Steven Moffat would write.

"You mean...you think the Doctor gave Asgard this object and then it found its way here?" Leana asked, surprised.

" Maybe. From what little I know about the Time War and basic military procedures , it makes sense that an important yet dangerous artifact would be given to a trusted ally in a desperate time. " Andrea said and shrugged. " It doesn't seem possible does it.I just hope I'll find the true origins of the artifact with out activating it. " She said as they reached the line. " Apples maybe rubbish to some, but I'm getting really hungry looking at those apple cinnamon waffles right here. " Andrea said and grabbed some bacon too.

"Anything is possible student," Leana responded as she giggled lightly, grabbing a few waffles herself. She knew that she would need her energy if she wanted to keep up with Andrea.

" Where do you want to sit. I don't see Steve but maybe he'll be by while we eat. " Andrea said looking around.

"You choose," Leana said.

Andrea went to a table by the window and looked out. She was looking forward to spending time with Skye later on and hoped that nothing would change those plans. She was happy her sister was found but feared losing her again.

"You're thinking about your sister, aren't you?" Leana asked softly as she sat down opposite of Andrea.
