"I know that look. What did you see Anne," Nick asked.

" I saw Roger fighting along with HYDRA agents against our men at the west hanger. Yes I still remember the layout of this place. But it looked like he was fighting what ever is controlling him. I can't lose him. There has to be a way we can somehow help him." Anne said and collapsed in a chair. Visions about her husband were hard to deal with.

We'll do our best to help Roger Anne, you know that," Phil said in response to what she had seen.

" I know. I just hope he remembers who he was when we do have him here." Anne said and hoped he still loved her now that she had regenerated. Anne still had many questions but knew that they would have to wait for answers.

Skye was worried about her parents. Her mom now had a new form, apparently a side effect of being a Time Lady and her dad was brainwashed by the enemy. Hopefully they could reverse the effects. She just got her family back, she didn't want to lose them again...

Roger didn't know how much longer he could fight off the mind control device in his head. He knew who he really was and had to somehow let the SHEILD agents hurt him so he could ask for their help.

Bruce Banner finally arrived on the Helicarrier. Once he got off the jet inside, he shookk his head. "Hey big guy," he heard Tony said and chuckled lightly.

"Long time no see tin man. What's going on?" he asked.

" Well , we have an unexpected guest and I have a feeling you two will get along great. And second we have Loki to deal with again possible. Though I don't think Reindeer Games will stand a chance against The Oncoming Storm. " He said sort of dropping a hint to who the guest was.

"You're kidding. I thought he was just a piece of fiction," Bruce replied.

" I'm not kidding. Fiction in this universe, but not in his. Though I have a feeling The TimeLords are back already and the reason things haven't imploded. Really don't want to think about Lord President James Bond being real. " Tony said still thing those episodes were depressing.

Bruce just shook his head, not sure how it could be that the Doctor of all people were real.

" Want to meet him? I've told him about you a little bit. But I promise to let him find out for himself about the Other Guy. " Tony said.

"I could answer that question in many ways, but I believe the simplest answer is to say yes," Bruce replied.

Coulson got a call from a medic at the base and hurried to his phone. "Sir. We have Agent Carpenter. He's badly wounded but I can assure you he's on our side. " He said to Fury hoping this would help Anne.

Anne overheard this and smiled lightly. "Can I see him?" she asked.

" You can Anne. The doctors will be taking him into surgery soon but I have a feeling you being there will be a good thing. " Coulson said.

Roger was in intense pain. He had finally broke free of the mind control and now knew he had to face the crimes he had unwillingly committed against SHIELD. He saw a petite Asian woman enter his room and for some reason she looked familiar to him.

Anne stepped into the room softly, making sure that she didn't make too much noise in case he was still sleeping. She didn't want to disturb him...all she hoped for was that he could see her for the person that she really was, the person that he fell in love with all those years ago.

" Hello. " Roger said with a small smile. He could feel the pain medicine he had been given taking some of the edge of his wounds but knew he had a long recovery ahead of him. "I hate to say this miss, but you remind me of someone I love very much. " He said wondering if somehow this woman was his wife.

"Really?" Anne asked, a smile on her face. He could somehow tell that she was his wife...even in her new form.

" Really. I always hoped somehow my wife was still alive. Even if at times I forgot her and the life we had. I struggled to remember knowing that she would want me to fight. " Roger said. I know this sounds odd and may be the medication talking but I have a feeling you are my Annie. "He said with a weak smirk.

Anne blushed lightly before nodding. "And you would be right," she said with a grin before she explained to him what had happened.

" Thank you for looking for me. Even if at times I didn't remember you." Roger said feeling tears knowing that he had been sent to kill his own daughter." Is Andrea safe?" He asked, not knowing Skye had been found.

"Andrea is safe...and Skye has been found," Anne said with the smile still on her face. "Our family is back together Roger..."

" That's wonderful. Is mom still alive?" Roger said hoping she was. For some reason he knew his dad had died the year before but hadn't seen anything on his mom.

"I'm not sure to be honest. I haven't kept in touch with anyone," she admitted.
