"Congrats you two," Skye said happily

" Yes congratulations. " Anne said and went to hug both Andrea and Leanna.

"Thank you" Leanna replied, glad that they were happy for them both

" Yes thank you all so much. " Andrea said and wiped tears of happiness from her eyes.

"You're both very welcome," Roger said with a grin on his face.

Andrea was happy that her family accepted her and Leanna. " Does anyone want lemon ice?" She asked.

"Please," Skye said. She was happy for her sister but wished she could talk to Ward. Lately it was getting harder and harder to have a moment alone with her SO.

Andrea got the cup of lemon ice out and a spoon for her sister. " You want to talk later ?" She asked having a feeling something was wrong.

Skye nodded softly as she took the cup of lemon ice. "Thanks," she responded.

Andrea had a bad feeling that it had to do with Grant Ward and hoped he was being nice to her.

Leanna noticed that Andrea was worried about something, or more likely, someone. Following the gaze of her girlfriend, she noticed that Andrea was looking at her sister, Skye. 'I have a bad feeling about this... she thought to herself.

Anne was concerned as well and wondered if it had to do with the feelings she had been having. Her old friend and colleague John Garrett gave her the creeps now that she could sense things better and that he seemed a little too interested in her Timelord heritage. Not many knew about that and she was going to keep it that way.

"Dear?" Roger asked, concerned.

" Just tired dearest. " Anne said using their code phrase for I'll tell you later. She didn't want to hurt Skye since Garret was Ward's SO.

Roger nodded, knowing that Anne would tell him later.

" Hope you all had a good time tonight. We really need to do this more often. " Andrea said.

" I agree that we do. " Steve said and was happy to be a apart of a family.

"So do I," Penny replied in agreement with Steve.

"How about this time next week? I can cook. " Anne said wanting to cook her family the new recipes she had learned while in Hong Kong.

" That would be wonderful mom. " Andrea said.

"I would like that also Mrs. Carpenter," Leanna replied, hoping that she wasn't upsetting any boundaries or anything like that.

" It will be wonderful to have you with us Leanna. And please call me Anne. " She said with a smile.

"Are you sure?" Leanna asked.

" I'm sure. " Anne said and saw a nod from Roger.

"Thank you," Leanna said with a smile.

" You are welcome. See you girls later. " Anne said. " I'm sorry to leave so soon dearest. But I need to tell your dad something. " Anne sent telepathically to her daughter and would tell both Andrea and Leanna later on.

" See you soon. " Andrea said and wondered if it had to do with Skye.

"See you soon...Anne," Leanna said, not entirely too sure about calling Andrea's mother by first name just yet. Once they left she sighed lightly. "Did you catch the same vibe I did about your sister?" she asked.
