Siipu, be sure to swing by and show Hummy your avatar, she always has her eye out for a good use of the Teal color. It being her favorite and all.

Has anyone every started with one idea and then in mid combination realized that there aren't enough items of a specific color, so you abandon the idea, come across one item and poof! Your new look was born? Or does that only happen to me? O.o

Yeah, i remember Hummy always a lot of teal avis. Which are always gorgeous.

Seems like lately inspiration just hasn't hit me very hard when it comes to avatar creating. I see so many gorgeous ones out and about and than there is mine.

I feel like that most of the time.

That's why I try to post as much as I can,
because of the lack of items it's hard to make decent avi's. lmao.

If you need help with items let me know. Also, be sure to come in the event threads I put on, all of them are giveaways. Always raffling off CIs and what not.

With all the recolors that are happening it's helping me expand my color palate and helps with the avatar creation.

Poor Roa had the kiddo sick and now she's sick and crazy busy with work - it's not been a good week so far! Hopefully she gets some downtime over the weekend to relax a bit and get better

Kiddos always seem to pass on their colds to the parental units. Here's to hoping that she starts feeling better before the double gold weekend ends.

For sure! You're so close to them while they're sick that you end up catching it while taking care of them! Happens to every person who takes care of a sick person - I've known my fair share of it!! XD;

I rarely get sick anyway. Like once or twice in 2 years.

Which is weird, because I clearly don't live healthy.

I wish I had that immune system!! It's kind of like my brother - he doesn't get sick often but when he does it hits him HARD - like, cold turns into bronchitis overnight kind of hard lol I'm sick so often because of allergies and a poor immune system (born basically without one) that it's a blessing when I'm not sick! If anyone around me is sick I usually end up getting some form of it. I mean, I got the flu shot for the first time right before I started college and was sick for almost 8 months straight with the cold/flu! No exaggeration either - it started in September/October and lasted through both semesters of college - by the time Spring was over I was finally better! I never got the flu shot again until 2 years ago when I had to for volunteering, and I threw up and was sick from it - happened again when I was forced to get it for Nursing last year and I was sick most of the first semester.

Since I've quit smoking, getting sick hasn't been a huge issue for me. Once in the past nineteen months have I gotten a cold and it was the flu. Thankfully not the full flu, just enough to make me feel crappy for a couple of days.

Now the husband, he never gets sick. So unfair.

get sick at least.
