Yes. We're having a miniature family reunion and birthday bash for my brother and grandfather. Gramps turns 96. And my mother is going to yell at my brother for not keeping the house as clean as she expects. Yep. Happens every year.

There is a very soft spot in my heart for Menewsha. A lot of fond memories here. I am just at a point in my life with very poor mental health and an overwhelming amount of commitments that are suffocating me and have decided to quit Mene. Absolutely no offense to anyone. I truly love this site.

I do have some regrets on my own part. I was a serious hoarder... my inventory would make anyone's jaw drop lol. I really regret hoarding, it was not beneficial to the community I claimed to love. It feels very hypocritical of me to have hoarded the way I did, so this is partially me trying to make ammends as well. I would like to reward as many members that keep Mene alive and well as possible as I depart. :)

I *hope* that some of the excess I'm donating will be forwarded onto new users or users I will miss in this process... I really hope not to offend those who don't get donations from me but I cannot invest much time in distributing my inventory lol. However, all gifts are really for whatever the giftees want to do with them. They're now your's!!!

And yeah by no means am I judging people who have lots of duplicates!!! Especially if you are as active as you are and pooring time/money or energy into this site!

For me though, I never had a charity. I never really gave that much. I just kept and sat on it hoping it was going to inflate while at the same time complaining about inflation. And then I went on idk at 8 year hiatus? Honestly I feel very guilty about not re-homing my items sooner to those who could have benefited from it. But I'm doing what I can now. :)
