Gemini's tail fluffed up indignantly. I am perfectly capable of walking, thank you! Came her insulted reply. It wasn't the thought of Temari carrying her so much as the idea of being carried at all. Plus, she didn't want to inconvenience the wind user like that.

Temari giggled lightly at Gemini's response, silently thinking that her kitsune form was 'cute'.

Carefully wiping out her messages so that no one would know about them, Gemini stood up and trotted a few steps into the desert, then looked back as if to say "what are you waiting for?" In that moment of pause, however, she felt the effects of chakra loss crash down on her. Her four legs buckled, and she stumbled into the sand with a whine of frustration. Sonofabitch! Stupid body, making me look weak... She thought.

temari took pity on the vixen and picked her up. Gemini might not have wanted it, but her body was saying otherwise."It's okay to ask for help sometimes Gem-chan," the wind mistress muttered.

Gemini whined in response, a pathetic sound that was barely audible due to her exhaustion. Her ear twitched, and she licked Temari's hand. It was the only way she could say thank you at the moment.

Temari giggled lightly, finding the action cute. "You're welcome. Now rest," she said softly.

Gemini let out a tiny sigh and did as she was told, soon falling asleep in Temari's arms.

"So...how badly are we going to tease her Gaara?" Temari asked.

In her sleep, Gemini's tail flicked, managing to hit Temari across the face.

Temari giggled lightly before sneezing softly. Gemini's tail was tickling her nose and she couldn't help it.

"nee-chan, you okay?" Gaara asked curiously.

((There's nothing for Wolfie to say here...))

Yugito yawned softly as she waked up, stretching lightly.

'Enjoy your nap Koneko-chan?'Matatabi asked with a light grin on her face and was glad when she heard that Yugito confirmed it with a mental nod. 'So...what about your boyfriend? Will he be alright?' she asked, concerned when Yugito replied with the fact that she didn't know.

Groaning slightly, Naruto slowly woke up. He opened his eyes and took a moment to remember that he was in the hospital. Then he saw Yugito. "Hey, Kitty-chan." He said tiredly, yawning at the end. He remembered that he would be going home that day, and hoped it would be soon.

"Morning Foxy-kun," she said with a light smile. "How are you feeling?"

"Better." Naruto admitted, sitting up. "I'll feel a lot better once they let me out of this place." He said with a tired smile.

Yugito nodded in understanding, knowing that she hated hospitals just as much as he did.

Not long after that, Sakura came in to visit. While there, she informed Naruto that they were saying he was allowed to go now. "Oh, Yugito-chan...I wanted to thank you. You saved my life...if there's anything I can do to repay you, just ask." The pink-haired kunoichi said, just before leaving. Soon after, a nurse came in to sign Naruto out. The second the paperwork was done, the blonde jumped out of bed. "C'mon, let's get out of here!" He said, already almost running out the door.

Yugito nodded to Sakura's comment before the pink-haired girl left, and the nurse soon came in. Having a feeling that Naruto would bolt right after the nurse put her name to his release papers, she got out of the chair. Seeing that she was right, she followed after Naruto, lightly giggling at his antics.

Once they had made it out of the building, Naruto stretched and smiled. "Ah, that's better! I almost forgot what the outside looked like!" He said, knowing that he had only been in the hospital for a day. "I'm starving, let's go get something to eat!"

Yugito just couldn't help but shake her head at her boyfriend's comments. "Sure, but I get to pick the place this time. You promised no ramen for the second date," she teased.

Naruto wilted a little at that, but then perked up a second later. "Date? So, this is a date? Alright, I'm on a date!" He cheered, overjoyed. "If it's a date, then of course you can pick where we go. That's only fair. Especially if I promised."

"Of course it's a date you crazy fox, unless you don't want to celebrate getting out of the hospital with your girlfriend..." she said with a teasing grin.

Naruto blushed. "Of course I do! That's why I said we should go eat! Just me and my girlfriend!" He said happily. Some part of him was still shocked that he actually had a girlfriend.

'I'm happy for you kitten, I really am,' Matatabi said with a light grin on her face as she watched the world through Yugito's eyes. She would stop teasing her...for now anyways.

'Thanks Mata-chan,' Yugito thought back before racing to catch up to her boyfriend."Well then, I believe I saw a place that we can try... she said with a cheshire-like grin on her face.

Raising an eyebrow, Naruto brought his arms up behind his head. "Oh yeah? Well then, lead the way. Or tell me where, and I'll lead the way. Whichever you prefer, 'tebayo." He said.
