Naruto frowned. "Yeah...I know." He said, turning to start practicing.

Gemini followed Temari into the office, and stood next to her. "Um...I need a new shinobi license, sir."

Yugito winced lightly as she heard the tone of sadness in Naruto's voice before going to start her own training. 'real smooth Yugito. Real smooth...' she thought.

"I forgot to give you one?" Baki asked, surprised. He thought that he had given her one when she got back from the initiation of Suna.

Naruto trained like a crazy person, practicing over and over again at a speed that most people could only dream of. There's no way I'll ever let Akatsuki get Yugito. I'll train till I'm stronger than all of them!

Gemini nodded. "Yes. I only realized it today, but I haven't got one for Suna."

If Yugito were to hear Naruto's thoughts at this moment, she would think it extremely cute that he was going to such lengths to protect her. Though she would also be a little annoyed at the fact that he thought she needed to be protected in the first place. Right now she was working on the second stage of the Rasengan, easily getting through the first stage in about a couple of hours.

"I'm completely sorry. This job is still new to me," Baki admitted as he handed over the form to her. "Once you complete it, you just have to get a picture of yourself taken and then I can add you to the register and get you a copy so that you can check out all the books you want," he said with a grin.

"How...?" Temari started to ask before shaking her head. Of course Baki would remember that her favorite hang out place was the library.

Naruto continued perfecting his technique, focused on nothing else, until one stray Rasengan went flying directly at Yugito. "Kitty-chan, look out!!" Naruto yelled, realizing too late just how dangerous his obsessive training could be.

Gemini smiled brightly, taking the form. "Of course, I understand. Thank you, sensei!" She said.

Yugito heard Naruto's shout, but didn't have time to duck. Thinking quickly, and hoping that this worked, she placed chakra into her tail and struck it. The end result was the Rasengan flying into the air before disipating harmlessly. "Woah..." she exclaimed before looking at her tail. There were a few burn marks on it, but she could already see that it was healing.

"Don't mention it Gemini-chan. Just get a picture on it by the end of the week and I'll put it into our systems for you," Baki replied.

Naruto ran over, sighing in relief when he saw that she was okay. "That was amazing! I'm so sorry, I wasn't paying attention and it just went flying and you could've been hurt and I'm so so sorry!"

"I will, thank you!" Gemini said, saluting. "Temari-san, we should go and get this done as soon as possible." She said, turning to her friend.

"It's alright Foxy, you didn't mean it. And besides, I just reacted...I didn't know it would work," Yugito admitted. "But thanks for worrying. Though I'm curious...do you think we can actually try making that a jutsu for the two of us?" she asked.

"Of course" she said with a grin.

"You mean, hitting Rasengan like a baseball? Actually, that's a pretty good idea." Naruto said, thinking about it. "And it could work either way, since we both know Rasengan and we've both got tails."

Grinning, Gemini led the way out this time, ready to go and get the forms filled out as soon as possible. She wanted her ninja license for a bunch of reasons, but at that moment the biggest reason was those books sitting in the library.

"Right. We just need a way to make sure the Rasengan doesn't dissipate in mid air like it did just then," Yugito replied, knowing that they would also have to work on how much chakra to put into their tails to 'swing' at the Rasengan.

Temari followed Gemini out the door after bowing to her sensei and saying that it was nice to see him once again. After that, she met up with Gemini at the bottom of the stairs. "Come on you. We'll go ahead and get your picture taken. Shirou doesn't mind last minute stuff."

Naruto nodded. "We should pick a target to aim at, that way we can work on power and aim at the same time." He said.

"Okay. Who's Shirou?" Gemini asked, eager to meet new people. She wanted to have more friends and make a better impression in Suna than she had in Konoha.

"Good idea. Hm..." she said as she thought, not realizing her tail was going next to her chin (kinda like how Sun's tail came to his mouth/chin area in RWBY)

"Shirou's the photographer that Suna has that takes our pictures. His wife, Artunia, is a very good swordswoman though Shirou isn't a slouch either," Temari answered as she led them to their workplace.

Naruto chuckled. "You look really cute like that." He said.

Gemini's eyes widened and sparkled. "Swords? Oh, I can't wait to meet them! They might know some techniques I haven't learned yet!" She squealed, her inner weapons geek showing.

(It's very good and UFOTable is doing a remake of it that should be subbed sometime on Tuesday (I think).)

Yugito blushed. "I do Nya?" she asked, her verbal tic slipping in as she was surprised by the comment.

"Oh god...you're not like that Tenten person I decimated in the prelims are you?" Temari asked.

Naruto chuckled. "Yeah, totally." He said, thinking that the verbal tic made her even cuter.

Gemini shook her head, looking slightly offended. "I don't take it that far. I just have a fondness for blades, and since I use a katana in battle, I love learning new techniques."

"Making sure," Temari replied before they appeared in front of the shop. Going up to the door, she knocked on it and waited.

"T-thanks" she replied as her blush deepened, glad that she wasn't having an attack. "I st-still need to work on the Rasengan though. I'm only at the second stage"

Gemini just smiled and waited next to her friend.

"Oh. Well, maybe I can help." Naruto said instantly, wanting to help his girlfriend.

"Could you?' Yugito asked.

"Come in," a feminine voice said from inside

Naruto nodded. "Yeah. I'll show you how I figured it out, then see if that works for you." He said.

Gemini looked over at Temari, then went ahead and walked in.

Temari followed Gemini, letting the vixen take lead. It was her, after all, that was getting the picture taken.

"Sounds like a plan."

Gemini entered, looking around curiously. "Um, hello?"

Naruto nodded and showed Yugito what he had done to figure out the move. "Okay, you try."

"Use the pain as a measurement and then push past it?" Yugito asked, wanting to make sure she got it right.

"Hello. How can we help you today?" Artunia asked.

Naruto nodded. That's right. Give it a shot."

Gemini raised a hand and waved. "Hi. I need a picture taken for a ninja license, please."

(*headdesk* God damn my job. I love it but god damn...today was just a Murphy's Law day I f**king swear. Sorry, just have to get this off my chest as I write this reply and save it in my e-mail drafts for when I get home. (I write the last response that you give me at work the next day, save it as a draft since the site is locked from the intranet instead of waiting until the end of the day and think of a response there))

Yugito nodded before focusing on the ball in her palm. Sensing it starting to hurt, she continued pushing pass the limit of pain, knowing that this was seriously going to hurt if done incorrectly now.

Artunia nodded. "I see. Give me one moment and I'll talk to Shirou-kun, see if he's available. If not, I'll make you an appointment, okay?" she asked.

Naruto watched, unable to really instruct her further until she actually did the move.

Gemini nodded. "Okay, thank you." She said politely.
