Gemini calmed down, but only slightly. "Sorry, I'm just really excited. It's been a great day so far. First we go tot he library, then I go to get my license, which leads me to a couple who happen to like swords, and they invite me for a training session later, and now I'm finally going to have my new license so I can go back to the library and take out the rest of those books and it will be the first time ever that I've been able to do that."

"I see," Temari said while hiding a scowl for the populous of Konoha as a whole from her face. Just because she was a female fox, they denied her everything. For claiming to be promoting friendship and teamwork... "Konoha are hypocrites," she muttered.

Gemini looked up. "Why do you say that?" She asked. She wouldn't have heard if it weren't for her fox-like hearing.

After a while, Naruto sighed. "Maybe if we work on it and develop it more, we'll come up with a good name for it." He suggested.

Konoha is known for it's legendary shinobi/kunoichi as well as it's teamwork philosophy. You and Naruto, from what I've overheard, had a similar childhood to Gaara," Temari responded.

"Ah." Gemini said, her happy mood dampened. "Well, it's true for everyone else in the village. Naruto-kun and I were special cases..." She said, knowing it sounded weak. She couldn't help but defend the village where she was born, even though she knew they didn't deserve it.

Temari just shook her head, but didn't say anything else on the matter.

Happy mood officially subdued, Gemini walked along quietly. She wondered if anyone would get upset if she brought Gaara to her practice session with that couple later.

Temari felt like hitting herself with her fan, knowing that she was the reason why Gemini was so suddenly quiet and downtrodden. Trying to cheer her up, a thought crossed the wind mistress's mind..."You know...I don't think Shirou-kun and Artunia-chan would mind if you brought Gaara-nii with you" she said.

Gemini looked up, her ears perked. Was the girl a mind reader? "Do you really think so? Do you think Gaa-kun would even want to go?" She asked, voicing her second worry. She didn't want to bore Gaara.

"He has been talking about seeing about compacting his sand so as to make weapons out of it," she explained before seeing the library in the distance.

"That's certainly an interesting idea. I bet he could do it, easy." Gemini said confidently.

"I bet he would be able to do it" Temari said with a grin as they saw the library in the distance.

Spotting the library, Gemini perked up in happiness again. "I hope no one else took out the books!" She said, impatient to take out the books and read them.

"I doubt that would happen" Temari said with a laugh. Well there was a possibility...if she didn't tell the librarian that they would be back later on.

Gemini went straight to the fantasy section when they got inside. Within moments, she was back with all seven books piled up in her arms. Suddenly, she stopped, looking shy. "Temari-san...I don't know how to take out books." She whispered, embarrassed.

"Here, I'll show you," Temari responded, not laughing at what she asked. Motioning for the vixen to follow her, she made her way towards the front desk where the librarian was currently sitting.

Gemini followed, being very careful with the books. She didn't want to damage them. The librarian made her a bit nervous, though that was nothing new when it came to authority figures. She still hadn't shaken the feeling that some adult was going to throw her out of a place just yet.

"Excuse me, I'd like to help my friend check these books out," Temari said as the librarian nodded and asked to see the girl's license and the books.

Silently, shyly, Gemini handed over her shiny new license and the seven books to be looked at. She watched in fascination as the librarian scanned her license, then scanned each book. A slip of paper appeared from a printer, and it had the names of all the books and their due dates printed on it. The librarian placed the slip inside one of the books, then handed the books and her license back to her. "Th-thank you..."

"You're welcome Gemini-san. I hope to see you as much as I do Temari-chan," she said as she handed the books and card back to Gemini.

The words put a smile on Gemini's face. "I think you will. I like it here." She said happily, though still a little shy. "Oh, Temari-san, we should get going." She said, glancing at a clock on the wall.

"You're right, we should. Gaara should be making dinner for us tonight though"

Gemini's eyes sparkled. "Ooh, I can't wait! I wonder what he'll make tonight." She said, happily carrying the books out of the library.

Temari laughed at that. "So just because your boyfriend is cooking then you're all for it," she teased. "Should we go back home or is there somewhere else you wanted to go? she asked.

"Absolutely! That, and Gaa-kun's cooking is the best ever." Gemini said, completely serious. "No, there's nowhere else I wanted to go. We should go home and eat, and then I can ask Gaa-kun if he'll come to practice with me."
