Gaara listened to what his girlfriend said with rapt attention as he waited for the ramen with her. Once she was finished talking, he thought on what she said for a few seconds. "That...actually makes sense. Though I think people will think you have some sort of control over me and will probably team us up with someone," he admitted.

Gemini nodded. "I thought of that. Actually, I think it would be better...for us, and for the people we work with...if we ended up on different teams. The two of us together are too intimidating, and we both need to learn to work with regular people. To survive without each other, basically. That would also serve the purpose of showing people that I'm not controlling you, and you're not brainwashing me. That we can each be trusted separately, as well as together."

Gaara thought about it for a few seconds before the ramen came to them. Once that came, he slowly began to eat as he thought about what Gemini was thinking. It honestly made perfect sense...and if he were to show that he wasn't the monster that he once was, then he would have to prove it; that Gemini wasn't "controlling him" and that he wasn't "brainwashing her". After swallowing a set of noodles and the extra ingredients, he turned to his girlfriend.

"We should probably talk to Temari-nee and Kankuro-nii first about this. Then afterwards, we all should go to Baki-sensei since he's acting as the temporary Kazekage," he replied. It wouldn't be fair to his siblings to just spring this on them when they got back to Suna.

Gemini waited patiently for Gaara's reply as the ramen was served. She started eating some while she waited. Finally, hearing his answer, she nodded. "You're right, it would be only fair to talk to them first. I'm a little nervous about being on a team without you, you know. But...I know it's something I need to do, to prove myself. And as long as I can come home and see you every so often, I think I'll be okay."

"I would feel the same way...I think. Though it will be hard...not wanting to love just myself," he admitted before taking another chopstick full of the noodles.

Gemini paused a moment, then reached over and grabbed his hand, squeezing it lightly. "I know you can do it, Gaa-kun. You've made so much progress...you can do anything you set your mind to. I've seen it. I'm really proud of you, you know." She said, smiling at him. "And if you need help, you can always come to me. If you ever feel yourself slipping, just remember that I believe in you."

"Thank you, that means a lot to me," Gaara responded.

"Anytime, love." Gemini said, leaning over to give him a quick kiss on the cheek before going back to her food.

Gaara blushed lightly at the kiss, still not use to it in all honesty.

After that, Gemini went back to her ramen. Once she finished, she ordered two bowls of Naruto's favorite, to go.

Gaara finished his ramen soon after, and saw that Gemini had bought two of Naruto's favorite, though he thought that he would have liked one of each flavor. Shrugging to himself, he didn't think it was all that important to ask such a question.

Once Naruto's food was ready, Gemini picked it up and turned to Gaara. "Are you ready to go?" She asked.

Gaara nodded, knowing that it was time to go. That, and the empty bowl in front of him

With that confirmation, Gemini led the way back towards the hospital, making sure to keep the to-go containers tucked safely under her arm.

Gaara followed Gemini back to the Hospital.

Gemini signed them in, and led the way into Naruto's room. Seeing the blonde asleep next to his girlfriend, Gemini couldn't help but smile. "Watch this." She said to Gaara, before opening one of the containers. She blew on it, as if cooling it off, sending the steam right at Naruto.

Naruto's nose twitched, catching a hint of his favorite smell. His ears perked up, and all of a sudden he sat bolt upright. His eyes popped open, and he smiled. "Ramen!!" He said excitedly, his tail actually wagging behind him.

Gemini laughed so hard she had to put the containers down so she wouldn't drop them. "That never gets old! Best way to wake Naruto up: Ramen." She said between gasps.

Yugito was awakened by Naruto's shout of Ramen and looked around groggily. "Huh, wha?" the catgirl asked.

Naruto, now fully awake and realizing what had happened, blushed brightly. "S-sorry, Kitty-chan. Gem-chan woke me up and I guess I overreacted." He said, glaring at Gemini. "That's not funny, you know!"

Gemini laughed harder. "Really? Then why am I laughing so hard?" She gasped. "Sorry, Yugito-san. I didn't mean to wake you, I just wanted to show Gaa-kun the best way to wake Naruto up."

"You know...Foxy-kun has told me some interesting stories about your youth. Perhaps Gaara-san would like to hear some of them?" Yugito asked innocently.

Gemini smiled. "That's fine. Gaa-kun has already heard most of it from me, and I have nothing to hide." She said happily. "So, Naruto-kun, we brought two orders of your favorite ramen." She added, holding out the containers.

Naruto nearly snatched Gemini's hand off, he took the ramen so fast. "Great! I'm starving! Thanks, Gem-chan!" He said, about to dig in. He stopped, though, and turned to Yugito. "Do you want any, Kitty-chan?"

Yugito frowned lightly, a shame that her threat of stories didn't work out but laughed lightly once she saw Naruto grab the ramen out of her hand. Hearing him ask if she wanted any of his ramen, she shook her head. "No, you can have them" she said.

"Okay. Thanks!" Naruto said, digging in. He had done his part as a boyfriend by offering, and now his stomach was in control. At least for as long as the ramen was in front of him.

Gemini chuckled. "Glad you like it. So how are you guys feeling?" She asked.

Yugito giggled lightly as she watched her boyfriend eat, surprised that he could eat the noodles so fast. Shaking her head lightly, she was glad to see her boyfriend was feeling better. Hearing the vixen's question, the neko turned towards her friend and smiled lightly. "I'm doing better, now that Foxy-kun is awake," she said.

"Mm oo-in fine!" Naruto mumbled through a mouthful of noodles.

Gemini shook her head. "I'm glad. But Naruto-kun, how many times have I told you to swallow before talking?"

Naruto swallowed. "I dunno...five-hundred?" He shrugged.

"I guess this is usual between the two of you?" Yugito asked.
