"Possibly," Raven replied with a grin, taking a bag. Crystal got the other one. "Alright, anything else while we're here?"

"I'm good," Paige said. She looked at her friend. "Crys?"

Crystal nodded. "I think I'm good as well."

"Alright, then let's head back." Raven headed out to her car and paused when her phone buzzed at her. She checked the message and snorted. "Well, looks like you two get to meet another mutant today."

Paige blinked.

"What?" she asked, eyes a bit wide.

"Erik texted me. Gambit decided to stop by today." Raven glanced at them as she started up the car. "He's harmless most of the time, but he will flirt with you both. Don't take it too personally, he hits on everyone."

"Oh, fun," Paige muttered as she bucked up.

The drive back was quiet, and Raven brought things in, giving the girls enough time to take their clothes upstairs. Then she grinned and went to introduce them to Gambit.

"Ladies, this is Gambit, aka Remy. Remy, these two are new, be nice. Crystal and Paige."

Crystal dipped her head to him cautiously, watching him warily.

"Ladies," Remy said smoothly, nodding to them. "Charles didn't mention he had such lovely company." He looked over at Raven. "And how are you, cherie?"

"I'm fine," Raven said with a brief grin. "So what brought you back to town?" She hooked an arm through his, easily steering him away from the girls for the moment to give them a bit of time to adjust again.

Crystal looked at Paige with a raised eyebrow, looking amused now.

"Just passin' through," Remy replied, letting Raven steer him away again. "Thought I'd stop in an' bother Charles for a while. No' expectin' him to be so... expectin', though."

"That was kind of weird," Paige murmured to Crystal. She paused. "And he was kind of pretty."

Raven snorted. "This is what happens when you vanish for months," she said with a grin. "Besides, you know him and Erik, they're still lovesick puppies."

"He was pretty," Crystal agreed, watching the two go. "And kind of amusing."

"Can' help but notice you're no' expectin' anymore, cherie," Remy said, grinning a bit. "So where's your bouncin' bundle of demonic joy?"

"Yeah," Paige agreed, nodding a bit.

"Over there with his father," Raven said pleasantly, nodding over to her two boys. Azazel smiled at them, and it was all teeth.

Remy suppressed a slight shudder. Azazel always kind of gave him the creeps.

"Surprised yo' boy isn't purple," he commented teasingly to Raven.

Raven laughed a little at that. "No, he's a very lovely shade of blue," she said with a grin. Then she saw the children descending and grinned. "Looks like you're today's entertainment."

Remy grinned.

"I have no problems entertainin' the children," he said. "None at all."

"Outside this time," Raven reminded him, giving him a little push. "Not inside, Charles got upset last time."

"Oui, madame," Remy said, rolling his eyes and heading out the door with the kids.

Raven looked at the two girls, had an idea, and grinned as she walked over to them again.

"Can I ask you two to keep an eye on Remy? He won't do anything bad, but I want to make sure he doesn't try to corrupt the kids." She grinned.

"You need us to babysit the babysitter?" Paige asked, raising an eyebrow a bit.

"Yes, essentially." Raven grinned. "I'd go keep an eye on him but it's my turn to take Kurt for a while, and Azazel will only encourage bad behavior."

"Yeah, I'd imagine Azazel may or may not be a good influence, depending on his mood," Paige said. She looked at Crystal. "Should we go babysit, then?"

Crystal shrugged. "Sure. Could be fun." She headed outside, even as Raven grinned.

She did pause when she got outside, though, checking to take a headcount and see what Remy was doing.

Paige followed her out, taking a headcount as well. She blinked when she saw Remy with a deck of poker cards, doing some card tricks for the kids.

For a while, Crystal was content to just watch him do card tricks and play with the kids. Then she got bored and, when he flicked a card off in their vague direction (though she wasn't sure if it was accidental or not), she flicked a small crystal into the card.

The resulting small explosion caught the attention of all the kids.
