"I will see what I have," Ezio said, nodding. He took Desmond into his room, and started to look for something that would fit the younger man. Once he managed to piece together a complete outfit, he handed it over.

"Thanks." Desmond took the clothes and retreated back to his room to change.

When he emerged and went to go find the girls, Harper stopped and bit back a swear.

Shea did a double-take when she noticed him.

"Jesus, Des, you look just like him," she said

Desmond cracked a grin. "I guess I would now, huh?" He shook his head a bit. "He should be finding paper or something for us, and we'll go get clothes for you two."

"Alright," Shea said. She shook her head. "That's creepy, Des, you really do look exactly like him."

Desmond grinned. "Well, it'll be interesting to see how this plays out, then," he said, still grinning. "I assume you both prefer shirts and pants?"

"God yes," Shea said, nodding. She knew Harper felt the same. "I like skirts, but they're too much trouble to move in."

"That's what I thought. You might have to get one at some point but we'll hold off on those for the moment." Desmond looked over when he heard Ezio approaching again.

"I have some writing implements in the study, if you still need them," Ezio said as he approached.

"That would be much appreciated, thanks," Desmond said. He couldn't shake the feeling of oddity every time he looked at Ezio, and it was bizarre. Especially since now he felt like he was looking into a mirror, almost.

Ezio nodded and gestured towards the study. That was the best non-verbal way he could convey that that's where they needed to go.

Desmond ushered the girls into the study.

"Go ahead and write down measurements and what you need and all that," he said. "We'll head out soon to get stuff for you."

Shea nodded and quickly wrote down her measurements, as thoroughly as she could. Then she passed the paper over to Harper.

Ezio watched, a bit fascinated. He wasn't used to people being able to casually read and write like that. It made him even more interested to find out where these three were from.

Harper wrote down her own measurements and handed the paper back to Desmond with a little shrug. She glanced at Ezio and raised an eyebrow in silent question.

Desmond looked everything over quickly to be sure he understood before he nodded. "Hopefully this won't take long. You two, stay out of trouble."

"We will," Shea said, nodding. "Go on, I want to get around to exploring the city at some point."

Desmond snorted but nodded and motioned for Ezio to lead the way, tucking the piece of paper into his belt.

He figured he might be able to liberate a few coins along the way to help pay for things, too.

Ezio nodded and left the building, trusting Desmond to follow him.

By the time they got to their destination, Desmond had a nice little pouch of coins, which he passed over to Ezio without a word. He figured Ezio would know what to get for the girls in terms of cloth and color, he just needed the measurements.

Ezio raised an eyebrow when Desmond handed him the pouch, but didn't comment. Instead, he began negotiating for what they needed for the girls.

Desmond listened to him haggling, waiting until they'd reached an agreement to be sure the clothing would be made to the correct sizes.

Then he backed off a bit and grinned faintly. This was kind of fun now actually.

Once the agreement was reached Ezio handed over half of the money. He would pay the other half when the clothes were ready. Then he stepped back and glanced at Desmond.

"Is there anything else you need while we are out?"

Desmond shook his head a bit. "I'm fine for the moment," he said. "Just adjusting to the city."

Ezio nodded.

"You navigate very well for one new to the city," he commented as he headed back towards the safe house.

"I've seen maps, and I know someone who lived here," Desmond said, not quite willing to tell him the whole truth yet. "When you have time and once the girls have their clothes, perhaps you could show us the areas to avoid so we don't stumble onto a group of Templars by accident."

Ezio studied him for a moment. He could tell the other Assassin wasn't being entirely truthful, but he wasn't flat-out lying, either.

"Of course," he said slowly. "Being caught off-guard by the Templars never ends well."
