Taiyo, we most definitely have A/C for the apartment. Being under the excessive heat advisory, we are told to stay near the shade if we are outside, wear lose clothing that is breathable. Always have water with you, try not to do any exercise until the sun goes down, or before the sun comes up. Know the signs of heat/sun stroke. Babies and elderly people are cautioned to stay inside where it is cooler, as they are more susceptible to the heat. Thankfully, most of the places around here have really good air conditioning, all of the sporting events are enclosed with retractable roofs.

Ate lunch and now I am super tired. Like want to fall on my face and sleep, tired. Which is very uncommon for me. *yawns* Got three and half more hours left before the end of the work day and exiting out into the heat. Ugh.

Yech. That doesn't sound like fun at all.

Definitely not. And I have like fifteen sets of Thank You cards to write out for the files we closed out this last month. Yikes. Poor hand is not going to like me after this afternoon. Also means I have to stop posting on here for a bit.
