It was a cold and rainy morning down by the beach. Not many people were out walking around, they were all home trying to stay out of the dreary weather. There was one woman standing a lone near the jetty, waves crashing around her but for some reason she wasn't getting wet. She was tall and slender, had the body of a dancer. Her long, wavy and thick, pitch black hair was down and caught in the wind. She was wearing a pair of black leather boots that came up just below her knees. Tucked into the boots were a pair of burgundy tights and she had on a dark grey trench coat over a loose black sweater that fell to the tops of her thighs.
Her eyes were the color of the ocean a deep blue green. They were framed with dark and thick lashes. Her skin was a golden brown, making her eyes pop. The women sighed deeply and looked at the sea with longing before turning around and quickly making her way over some rocks to stand near the boardwalk. It was the 5th year anniversary of her parents murder that had went unsolved. Seeing something out of the corner of her eye she turned to look at a shimmery veil that wavered a few feet away in the air. She had seen them since she was little and her parents had always told her to stay very far away from them. But now she had to know what they were. After looking around herself and seeing that no one was there she walked over to it and put her hand through the shimmer.
Gasping she pulled her hand out when it disappeared. Gathering up her courage she took a step forward and then launched herself into the shimmer. It felt like she was falling in blackness before her feet touched ground and her surrounding came into place with a blur around her. After taking a few tumbling steps forward she came to a stop and with wide eyes looked around. She was in a tunnel with no one in sight. "Great Clytemnestra what the heck have you've gotten yourself into.." she said softly to herself before marching forward to find out where she was.
Up where the normies lived above the underworld, in a place they called Earth, a tall blonde haired man was walking towards another one of the shimmery veils. He stepped through and was transported to the underworld. The man came to a stop gracefully, he had centuries of practice to get use to the falling and dizzying feeling. Every entrance to the underworld was like that. Unlike Clytemnestra he was transported to a flied flowers. After looking around himself the man snorted and shook his head. Of all the entrances he had to pick this one.
Quickly making his way out of the field the blonde went to the dirt path that led into the city of the underworld. This area of the underworld might have looked pretty but it was one of the most dangerous places. It was filled with creatures that looked sickly sweet and that were rotten and evil on the inside. He hated this part of the underworld but he could take care of himself. The ones that couldn't..they made sure to never use that entrance. It was a long walk into the city. Light green eyes were narrowed as he watched his surroundings. He had on a pair of black dress shoes, grey slack and a emerald green sweater. His blonde hair was cut short and styled messily.
