Spices are allowed. As long as it doesn't have wheat or sugar or soy in it.

But I freaking love bread. And pasta. And lattes.

Lattes are my fav breakfast food. (yeah I'm bad)

Your will is awesome then! Hmm I'm kinda curious to try this diet. I did a juice fast for 30 days once. It worked but obviously a week after going back to regular stuff a lot of the weight was back. Dang now I'm craving a steak.

Yeah, with the one I'm on, you go really strict for a month, and then after that you start gradually adding things back in in small amounts to see how they affect you. The book we're using as a guide is called "It Starts with Food"

No one follows diet in my house >.< My mum is too busy with dropping me and my sisters to various classes and so on so she has a very nice body shape, no need of diet for her >.< my first younger sister too is not fat and she is too lazy to do anything XD my second sister likes to eat anything and everything, and doesn't seem to care about her weight at all o.0 my last sister is...you can say she is the most prettiest and is having like the perfect slim figure *sigh* too bad I'm fat

Same in my house. When I started doing my fast my mom purposely baked cookies to tempt me. And whenever I leave to walk/run she says I don't need to loose weight. But the body mass calculator tells me different.

OMG! This so sums up my life right now. Lol

Good luck Nephila! I've had friends who really just love this diet, and my aunt, who is a doctor, says it shows a lot of success. She's been on it for months.

Awww Lexa. I'll bet you're pretty too! Don't be so hard on yourself. Extra weight can be unhealthy, but it doesn't make you unattractive. *hugs*
